The unit is located within a 2 block walk to the light rail transit line that will take you into downtown and the rest of the Denver area, so getting around is easy.
The apartment is tastefully updated with modern amenities with Victorian finishes. The unit is in a schoolhouse originally built in 1886 and was converted to apartments in 2015. This studio apartment includes a kitchen & living area. The kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Unit has a smart TV and couch. Washer & Dryer are in the laundry room just steps away in the courtyard. Studio unit has a Murphy queen bed, closet and dresser. Detached 1 car garage.
