The hosts are absolutely wonderful people, they were willing to go out of their way to help me any issue I was having. I would definitely recommend to a traveler who is alone, I felt very safe and the neighborhood was very nice. Overall 5 stars for the hospitality and kindness of my hosts. Thank you again!

The place was clean and safe. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a basement unit but with a chain lock inside for safety. Good safe neighborhood. There was a really intense food smell throughout our stay that wasn’t very pleasant.

Comfortable accessible stay

Comfortable basement apartment easy to access with plenty of elbow room. Conveniently located near major highways making commuting very simple. We stayed with our two adult children. We all had plenty of space to relax after a long day. Super convenient highly recommend.

Property was not ready when we arrived at 4:30pm so we had to wait in our car until ready. Refrigerator is quite small but with just 2 of us we managed. We were away from the home all day and it was nice to get back to the home to watch a little TV. The main reason i selected this vrbo rental was for the washer/dryer. The owner also allowed me to park in the driveway, which i appreciated very much. Overall experience was good and i would rent again.

It was very easy and had everything I needed. However, it was extremely loud one evening with a whole bunch going on upstairs. I would have liked an actual lock on the door down to the basement apartment. It made me feel uneasy that there wasn't one. Nothing made me feel like I needed one but since the family is so close it would have felt more private with a lock.

Very close to Denver airport. Lovely area of East Denver. House relatively easy to find - although I didn't see the house# until my 3rd pass in the dark. Easy entrance thru garage. Hallway dark upon entry at night and stairs a bit steep upon entry - it is a converted basement shelter apartment. Clean and basic. Kitchen fully stocked. Very small fridge. Front room bed comfy. Nice large shower. Really appreciated the gallon of water for my beverages. (I highly recommend offering shelf-stable half-n-half 1 Tbsp servings. I almost bought a box of 24 for 3) There is of course a lovely local coffee shop breakfast spot nearby. It was a very nice place overall and just what i needed for my visit! Grateful for the last minute reservation.

Good enough for our stay in Colorado

When we first arrived we thought we were getting the whole house based on the exterior photo of the listing, but then looking at the listing again we realized it was a basement apartment. It was fine though and served our basic needs during our stay in Colorado.

It was a fine stay for us on a busy weekend, but definitely could use some deep cleaning/updating. Overall worked out just fine for what we needed!!
