Tucked away in the quiet and scenic west end of Panama City Beach, this beachfront condo at Pinnacle Port boasts views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and lovely Lake Powell on the other. This is a place for days spent lounging in white sand and riding bikes through the neighboring communities of 30A.

Pinnacle Port is a private, gated, Gulf-front resort bordering Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), the emerald Gulf, and the sugar sand of Carillon Beach. The grounds are fantastic, offering an indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, tennis and basketball courts, a boat ramp, boat slips, and playgrounds for the kids. You'll be less than three miles from the start of Highway 30A in Inlet Beach and eight miles up the coast from Pier Park.

Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on your third-floor balcony, basking in the warm sea breeze as you take in the view. After a day of swimming in the Gulf or fishing in Lake Powell, this is a lovely spot to return to at sunset with a tropical cocktail in hand.

Inside, this two-story condo is modern and polished, with central air conditioning running throughout. Enjoy an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a comfortable living room with a TV, and TVs in both bedrooms as well. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxation after long sports tournament

The condo is smaller than the pictures depict, which was fine for our group of 4, but any more people than that and it would be really tight! The furniture and decor all look exactly as pictured; however, they were taken when everything was brand new, now everything is really filthy. The unit really just needs a good deep clean - the furniture needs cleaning, the walls need cleaning and/or painting, the floor grout needs scrubbing badly, the carpet needs cleaning(or replacing), the curtains need washing and the towels/sheets need replacing and/or a good bleaching. Day-to-day cleaning was good (It was dusted, appliances:fixtures were clean, tile was mopped - even though the grout was black and should have been white), etc. The whole entire building is much older than we expected, but it was quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the owners was seamless and getting in/out of the gated community was explained well. Overall, if it were deep cleaned, I would go back, but this trip none of us sat on the furniture, we slept on top of the sheets using our own blankets/pillows, and we showered using our own towels….so for that I’m giving it a low rating.

Great stay

Overall, our stay at Pinnacle Port was a pleasant experience. The beach is within walking distance of the property, which made it a convenient choice for us. The amenities were great - plenty of towels, reliable Wi-Fi, a TV in every room, etc. There's also a Publix just a 5-minute drive away. We did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The bathroom with the tub had mold, so we avoided using it for showers. We also agree with a previous review that mentioned the windows being dirty - this was quite noticeable, especially since we chose the property for its beach view. Additionally, the toilet paper holder needs to be fixed. That said, we would visit again because we had a great time.

Great weekend getaway!

We stayed in this unit last year and liked it enough to stay again this year. However, the owner/property manager needs to address a few things. The kitchen needs to be restocked with a few items. There was only one regular sized drinking glass and 2 small glasses. No hot pads for the oven and not a complete set of silverware. We only had 4 adults so we could work around it but would be difficult for a family if staying a week. The master bath sliding tub/shower door won't slide on the side near the faucet so had to climb in the tub to turn the water on which would be hard if running a bath for kids. The unit was very clean upon arrival, though, which is very important. The property manager did a great job with communication. The view of the ocean on one side was great and a lovely view on the other side of the lake. Overall, we had a great time and the den was lovely--just needs a little attention to details.

The property had great beach access. The upstairs toilet paper holders were broken. I did reach out about this but no one checked on them. The TV remote did not have batteries, so we had to buy some to use the downstairs TV.

Great R & R at the beach.

Very clean overall. Pros- loved the little hand dove soaps and other provisions like dish soap & paper towels to get started. Lots of bath towels provided! Beds were comfy. Two coffee pot option! Pods or loose. Great appliances. Cons-Layout of living room not great for watching TV! No private WiFi, just public building wifi. So used our hotspot for important things on computer. We enjoyed our time as a family very much and will be happy to return! 😁

Getaway

The property was away from all the congestion of Panama City Beach, but close enough to enjoy restaurants and shopping. It was a very relaxing few days in a clean and safe environment.

Great condo horrible communication

Condo great, communication really sucked, being military and in the construction business our communication is a must but it seems like y'alls was NOT part of your job description, never got a QR Code for parking matter of fact never got anything for parking so every day it was a battle with the guards to get in, Request a early check and never got even thou I was told the condo was ready hell if was more money I would have paid it. Ya, maybe next time look else where. Have a blessed day

Fantastic Getaway

We had a quick 3-day weekend getaway with friends. We immediately noticed how clean the unit was upon entering and inspecting. It was very cute and decorated nicely with a beach theme. There was a nice view of the ocean from the den balcony. Easy access to the beach and a great sized pool. We would stay in this unit again.

Do not stay here

The listing is very misleading. I have stayed in many nice condos in Panama City Beach. This is not one of them. The pictures make it look new, decent sized and nice. It was advertised as having a shaded hot tub. We looked everyone, and the front office confirmed there is not one on this property. The condo was disgusting. The carpet is so gross. The closet doors falls off the rails. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The bathroom cupboard is off the hinges. There was cereal on the floor in the kitchen when we arrived. The condo is tiny. Our family of four kept running into each other. The master bath is very outdated and so small. The mattresses were lumpy. We tried to get our tv fixed for 3 days. I would not recommend this condo to anyone.

Nice beach location

The beach and the pool were amazing. The condo it self was comfortable but small. The outdoor back by areas where we really wanted to spend time with a view of the water had broken furniture that could not be used. Two chairs were safe enough to sit on. The kitchen was pretty well stocked - missing a few important items like hot pads storage containers. There was a coffe maker and a keurig but no coffee filters and no starter pack of coffee for the keurig. There were 4 beach towels and the condo sleeps 6. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean in arrival. Over all we had a good stay and really enjoyed the heated pool, restaurant by the pool and the beautiful beach.
