Upscale grocery shopping is less than six miles away, and local restaurants are even closer. And you can enjoy quick access to hiking trails while avoiding the traffic in Uptown. Oak Creek Homestead OHV trail is less than a half-mile, and Cornville and Paige Springs wineries are only about seven miles out.

Crescent Moon Ranch also awaits and is only a stone's throw away, with its lush greenery and serene Oak Creek meandering through the landscape. Additionally, the property boasts proximity to the Cathedral Rock View, allowing you to marvel at the awe-inspiring rock formations that made Sedona famous. The Oakcreek Country Club is conveniently within 15 miles, as is The Blazin' M Ranch, which offers an authentic Western experience.

Back at home, relax on modern furnishings and utilize upscale fixtures and finishes. Every room has patio doors, so you'll never be far from the breathtaking landscape. One of the bedrooms has a work desk if you have anything to finish up, and the full kitchen is well-equipped for any meal prep you may want to do. Convenient extras include complimentary WiFi, smart TVs, a work desk in one of the bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
