Snowcreek 82-New sliding door needed and stairs need to be fixed

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This is our third time staying at snowcreek 82, so we like the place overall, but this time was a little off.First of all every time we stay there we are hoping to arrive to a brand new sliding back door, but it has not been fixed after the 5 years since we first stayed there. The back sliding door in the main den/tv room is almost unusable and is very very hard to open. My dad struggled with it multiple times. The place used to have carpet and now it has hardwood floors. Which is not the issue, but the hardwood floor seemed to be installed by a blind person. There are gaps all over and nails sticking up out of the stairs. Our feet were stuck multiple times while walking with socks and or bare feet. At least 4 steps had nails sticking up and hurt our feet. We found a dead bug in the smaller room in bed sheets while lifting the covers to go to sleep, and blood stains on one of the pillows in that small room. We didn’t see fresh sheets or pillowcases to cover it up. We did see a clear plastic bag with what we think were sheets and pillowcases sitting in front of the fireplace but we didn’t open it. Seems like the cleaning people forgot about it and just threw it in front of the fireplace. I wish you guys had a better note on how to access the pool/athletic club, inside the place near the other notes on the pantry. feel free to reach out
