Snowcreek II 202 Remodeled, Light and Bright Condo with Washer Dryer by RedAwning

This comfy and cozy remodeled condo features flat screen TV's in every room,

including a new 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room, complimentary hi-

speed WIFI throughout. The condo has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a custom

stone wood-burning fireplace, private washer/dryer, sofa bed in the living

room with a foam topper. There is an additional TV and sitting area in the

loft upstairs. Featuring an outdoor balcony with bistro table and chairs,

dining room with seating for six, bar area, and more!



The master bedroom has a California King bed with a comfortable foam mattress

topper and attached bathroom with separate vanity area. The enclosed loft

upstairs is like a second private living area! It features a Twin bed with

additional Twin trundle, each with a foam topper (for a total of 2 Twin beds),

a nice leather sofa (also a sofa bed) and flat screen TV with DVD player.

There is a second bathroom upstairs that has been remodeled and wont

disappoint. Guests have access to the on-site shared jacuzzi and sauna. All

guests receive complimentary full access to the offsite Snowcreek Athletic

Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full

fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.



This is an upstairs unit with 14 covered steps to to the front door and the

secure private ski closet. There are 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets

are permitted. This unit now has new high speed WIFI internet throughout. This

unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with two outdoor parking spaces.

Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than

what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our

Winter experience in October

An unusual early snow storm blanketed Mammoth Lakes with snow. It felt like winter. The area looks beautiful after snow. The condo was comfortable and warm but some things need a few improvements. Two knobs of the electric range had no markings and can easily be turned to a wrong setting. Kitchen linens were lacking, just one old discolored towel. We purchased some ourselves. Supplies provided were either very small or cheap products. The carpet is in need of replacement.

Comfortable and quiet

Nice clean condo in good location, but one window didn't close and the rear screen door also didn't close. I left a message immediately, but never heard back. Also I didn't like the 5pm check in and 10 am checkout. It feels like a whole day is taken away

2nd time at this condo

Adequate for a family of 4. Not too far from the market or the slopes. Ample outdoor parking (I have a large truck) The property matches the description regarding layout and amenities - it was clean. My only complaint was that the drains were slow. Water would fill up the basin while taking a shower - and I had to unclog the toilet after light use. I chose to stay here a second time because of the familiarity. On the next visit, I will seek another property just to mix it up not because of any issues. I choose to go with Mammoth Reservations and not VRBO or AIR BnB because of the outstanding customer service. These folks are great.

Nice stay

Very difficult to find at night as there are no lighted roads or building numbers. Very large apartment-like complex. Overall the condo is a bit dated, especially in the kitchen. The sliding door was unable to lock, but being on second floor I wasn't too concerned. Cute loft area for older kids. Felt a bit cramped in master and living room...lots of furniture. Still it was cozy. TV/Cable/Netflix was great in the main room. Wish it was in the master also. Internet worked well. Location was good. Close to everything, but far enough away from the town. Disappointed that there is no view from the condo.

I have stayed in this unit twice, and would stay here again. It is one the nicest in Mammoth. The owners really care about about this unit. Having the washer and dryer is a huge plus! They just got a brand new tv in living also.The management company is the best! They are in town and there to help you with whatever you need.

Incredible house! Terrible WiFi (like others have said)

Honestly, one of the best places we've stayed at in Mammoth. We have stayed at a few properties in snow creek and this is definitely one of the best. Nice to be on the top floor, comfortable beds, decent supplies. Our kids loved having a room upstairs. As other reviews has said, the WiFi is atrocious. It doesn't work at all - this needs to be fixed. I would have MAYBE let it slide thinking that it was due to the massive amount of snow, but I had read previous reviews and they weren't wrong. Both my wife and I had a little bit of work to do while there and it was impossible... So if you are at all reliant on WiFi, find another spot. Otherwise this place is incredible. Please fix your WiFi!

Cozy 1 bedroom with loft

Comfortable, clean, well located condo with cozy loft for kids. A bit dark as many Snowcreek condos are, but nice view of Sherwin mountain. Love being able to walk and bike everywhere. Owner cares about details. A bit too much large furniture as it makes it crowded, especially if more than 2 people. Kitchen is small. Would be nice to have a BBQ, but overall very nice place to stay.

Clean and Comfortable stay

The condo was clean. The bedroom bed is very comfortable. Plenty of wood provided to keep a fire going. However, it was pretty cold when we arrived late and it took a while to heat up the place.

Nice Condo/Great Value

We really enjoyed this condo. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the bathrooms are nicely updated. I will just say this place would be very cramped for 6 people. We had 4 people and it was perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Comfy Place and Good Location

Stayed for 4 nights over the New Years holidays. Condo is in good location near the Eagle Lodge and old Mammoth area. Great parking and easy to find. Perfect size for 4 adults, wouldn't stay with more people b/c it would be too tight. The master bathroom/suite area is awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that they provided a humidifier, and the bedroom had a ceiling fan. We slept like babies! The upstairs is very small and tough for adults to stay in due to the sloping roof, but would be good for kiddos. The unit probably needs a décor refresh, but we found the TV room comfy and the kitchen well appointed. The WIFI situation was really, really bad though. We could never connect to any of the networks and because there was zero cell service in the area, we kept losing the connection with the "help desk"...which wasn't of help. One of us is a network engineer and still couldn't connect despite troubleshooting. We were really, really upset with this promised feature being unusable because some of us needed to do work while staying there and could not. That one issue put quite a damper on what would have been a completely happy trip. I would consider staying here again if the WIFI situation is fully confirmed in working order. The rental ladies were super sweet and easy to work with, so will definitely work with that company again.

Great location, nice & roomy unit

We have in several Snowcreek units in the past. We liked that this unit was a corner unit...gives more light, views, quiet, etc. Parking was very convenient, right out front. The unit was well equipped & nicely laid out. We did not use upstairs as there was only two of us. Main floor bathroom was upgraded with nice tile...really appreciated the heater. We stayed in other units that have no heat in bathroom. It's a bit of a walk to jacuzzi in cold weather. Our key did not fit lock which was frustrating as they kept telling us it should. Eventually we found it open after 12 noon without the need for a key. Main negative is carpets are definitely dirty which makes you wonder how clean everything else is.

Disappointed

I'll start by saying Joanna at Mammoth Sierra was very professional and easy to work with.Unfortunately, the carpets we're absolutely filthy dirty. The condo had a dirty feet smell to it. We chose not to eat one meal in the condo because of this. I accidentally bumped the lamp shade next to the bed when I went to turn it off, it rained with dust.I will not rent this place again !
