This designer penthouse loft is situated in the best location Bear Mountain has to offer.
Located across from the Westin Hotel, with stunning views of the 2nd hole of the 36-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses and just a 2 min walk to the clubhouse.
The sun beams through the 25-foot tall peak windows and skylights, bringing the peaceful surroundings into a zen-like living environment.
The kitchen features a gas stove and full-sized appliances for lots of storage. The main floor also has a dining space, gorgeous living area & 2 piece bathroom, while the bedroom on the second floor has a full ensuite.
Bright and lofted living area with designer finishes throughout.
Heated floors in both bathrooms.
The space comes fully furnished (as seen in the photos), and is outfitted with all required amenities for day-to-day living (fully equipped kitchen, towels, etc.)
