Guest garden studio suite walkable to Florence Lake, many hikes, a quick drive to Bear Mountain Gold & Spa Resort, Royal Roads University, Goldstream Park, shopping nearby with steps away from the Galloping Goose cycling trail with easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway, and only a 20-minute drive to downtown Victoria or Sooke. Private bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Private outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, grill, and portable stove. High-speed internet. A smart TV. Dining space. Parking spot for one vehicle. Guest access: The entire studio suite is solely for you with a private entrance. Check-in can be fairly flexible as there is a key lock box. During your stay: One of us works from home so someone will typically be around to help if you need it. We are also pretty quick to respond via Airbnb or text.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean, well stocked with excellent spa quality products. Complementary slippers were a bonus.The covered patio was very comfortable despite the weather.We really enjoyed our stay!

Ii dont recall seeing a fire pit or BBQ , but they were not needed for my short stay. Very well equpped, close to shopping. GPS would be handy for driving there.

Beautiful space with everything you need for a stay. Great shower and everything was so clean. Kitchen area is tiny, however there’s a full size fridge, microwave and full set of utensils- no tradition oven but who’s cooking anyway. Comfy couch and excellent bed and a TV that’s WiFi compatible.Great little private patio out side the suite that has a propane fire pit and to the side of the suite there’s a bbq should you want to stay in. This place would be great for a romantic getaway or a business stay. Highly recommend.

Room was wonderful. Nice little outdoor sitting area to watch the hummingbirds. Bed was comphy. Could have used and actual coffee maker tho. Clean, and very modern vibe. Thank you!

This rental fit the bill for my wife and me. Cozy, clean, and well appointed. The only knock is that there is a significant staircase to the lower-level access to the unit. This fact should be noted somewhere in the description of the property as this could be a problem for those with limited mobility. The rental is in a nice area, close to shopping. Excellent access to Victoria attractions.

The suite was clean, spacious and well equipped. The owners were easy to contact.The back yard and patio garden are beautiful. We enjoyed the blooming rose bush right outside the window. Would go again in a minute!

The place was in a good area, the outdoor space is cute, the room was all we needed. Would stay again. There was no hassle, it was easy peasy to check in and out.

First visit to Vancouver Island.

The studio unit was nicely decorated with essential amenities. The outdoor patio and fire pit was very enjoyable each morning and evening. We saw deer and hummingbirds. The beautiful flowers in the potted plants were a nice touch. The French Press coffee maker took awhile to get used to, but made flavorful coffee.

Excellent all around

Private, clean, excellent location. Perfect for my purposes. I felt like I had an oasis for resting and relaxing at the end of my day. I would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Nice clean unit and friendly host. A couple of times when I got back to the unit by evidence the host must have been in there. Once to adjust the thermostat and the second time towels were changed. Not necessarily an issue but a bit surprising, especially since nobody gave me a notice or asked before hand. Felt a bit like my privacy was violated. But overall nice.

Small but Perfect!

The suite is small and cozy, but has everything we needed! Bed was comfortable, shower was awesome, seating area was great! The outside patio area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Our puppy enjoyed the stay as well. We would definitely stay again!

Hola, my name is Maritza, I am from Peru, and my husband David was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. We welcome you to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world and stay with us in our bungalow family home in the neighborhood of Langford, steps away from Florence Lake. We are both semi-retired, in Sep 2023 we packed everything and moved to the island from Vancouver, and we are happy to call Victoria home.
