Guest garden studio suite walkable to Florence Lake, many hikes, a quick drive to Bear Mountain Gold & Spa Resort, Royal Roads University, Goldstream Park, shopping nearby with steps away from the Galloping Goose cycling trail with easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway, and only a 20-minute drive to downtown Victoria or Sooke. Private bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Private outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, grill, and portable stove. High-speed internet. A smart TV. Dining space. Parking spot for one vehicle. Guest access: The entire studio suite is solely for you with a private entrance. Check-in can be fairly flexible as there is a key lock box. During your stay: One of us works from home so someone will typically be around to help if you need it. We are also pretty quick to respond via Airbnb or text.

Fantastic location outside the city with a beautiful surrounding area. The home was spotless and very clean. Perfect get away for me and my partner. There's also a ton of beautiful scenery within walking distance which makes for a great date\walk by the waters and park night. Would highly recommend if you don't want to stay in the city :)

The unit was small but very clean and lovely. There is a nice seating area outside, private and perfect for sunsets. The home is close to the Millstream Mall with access to many restaurants and groceries. There are a outdoor stairs down to the unit, so it would likely be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The little suite was very clean and the bed and pillows were very good. Just two things to consider: the suite is down a steep set of outdoor stairs. With a heavy suitcase or any physical limitations, it could be a challenge. Also if you are at all scent sensitive, request that the plug in scent dispensers be removed before you arrive.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean, well stocked with excellent spa quality products. Complementary slippers were a bonus.The covered patio was very comfortable despite the weather.We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice little place

The place was in a good area, the outdoor space is cute, the room was all we needed. Would stay again. There was no hassle, it was easy peasy to check in and out.

Ii dont recall seeing a fire pit or BBQ , but they were not needed for my short stay. Very well equpped, close to shopping. GPS would be handy for driving there.

Small but Perfect!

The suite is small and cozy, but has everything we needed! Bed was comfortable, shower was awesome, seating area was great! The outside patio area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Our puppy enjoyed the stay as well. We would definitely stay again!

Hola, my name is Maritza, I am from Peru, and my husband David was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. We welcome you to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the world and stay with us in our bungalow family home in the neighborhood of Langford, steps away from Florence Lake. We are both semi-retired, in Sep 2023 we packed everything and moved to the island from Vancouver, and we are happy to call Victoria home.
