Welcome to The Salty Dauphin located in Sandcastle Condos, a Gulf front gated complex featuring two pools & a private boardwalk to the beach. Double balconies off the great room and master bedroom overlook one of the gorgeous pools nearby, with water views from the bedrooms on the south side of the unit. Another great feature is that each bedroom has its own bath. The master bath has a tub and separate walk-in shower. There is a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the 2nd guest room and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd guest room. The great room has sliding glass doors that open to a balcony perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee on the outdoor furniture. The breezeway underneath is a fabulous place for relaxing and enjoying the salty air with room for parking 2 cars. There is a community grilling area with outdoor seating, perfect for family meals located next to one of the pools. A security deposit and rental agreement are required with this property as well as a cleaning fee. The security deposit will be a pre-authorization placed on your credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.
