Davis Ranch in beautiful Plainview Arkansas next to Nimrod Lake. Pet Friendly.

Home is newly renovated and we continue to make improvements (New water heater added in July and to be added soon screened in back porch and Gazebo). 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with a sleeper sofa.

Amazing Coffee Bar featuring DragUp coffee, various teas and for the kids hot chocolate . Plenty of room to stretch out. Pet friendly (pet fee required per stay. Guest is responsible for any damage from pets) and kid friendly.

Family games provided for a fun game night.

Full kitchen to enjoy family meals. New memory Foam beds. Nearby Nimrod Lake for fishing.

***Please note property located in Yell County limits and is a “Dry County”. No alcohol sold. Some restaurants in Russellville do serve alcohol but to purchase alcohol you would need to buy outside of Yell County.***

Host communicated very well. The large deck was where we spent most of our time. The house is large and welcoming. The yard is nice and big and the neighborhood was quiet.

Thank you for your response James. We pride ourselves on providing the best stay possible. We want our guest to feel at home when they are with us. Guests can see from the photos provided our home is ready to welcome guests and my previous 5 star reviews from outside listings will attest to that.

The home was owned by my parents who moved to Plainview in 2003. They loved the small tight community of Carter Cove and we hope you will too!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The house is the former home of my parents Bill and Rosemary Davis. Rosemary passed in 2011 and Bill passed in 2022, both buried in the Carter Cove Cemetary. They loved their home and living in Carter Cove. Just a short drive away from the house is Carter Cove Campground off of Nimrod Lake.

この宿泊施設の特徴

There are small pieces of memories for my parents in the home from moms faux fire stove in the dining room, handmade doll house (not for use) where each piece was hand made by my mom, handmade end tables in the living room and dads favorite big rocking chair in his former room. I hope you enjoy the house.
