The beautiful mountain view will help you relax and feel like you are getting away from it all. After a long day of hiking, take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. 2.7 miles to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. 4.3 mile from exploring the smoky mountains from the roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Rental includes access to the Chalet Village Owners Club swimming pools.

Roads to cabin were very steep, narrow and curvy. The road leading directly to the cabin was very narrow and steep.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and just how it was described on the listing. We even saw a few bears. Driveway is a little steep, but our Toyota corolla made it. Would stay here again.

Our stay at Mountain Memories in Gatlinburg has been great. Walter, our host has been great, very responsive, professional, and a big help when we needed assistance. The cottage has been very relaxing and a pleasure to spend our vacation. We will definitely keep this cottage in mind and reserve again next visit.As a bonus, we did see momma bear and 2 cubs close by as well as a few more in the area. A great way to enjoy and appreciate nature our furry friends.Definitely a 5 star experience when staying here !J B

Just like a lot of the places in that area the roads around it are a little crazy but its secluded which is why we like it . Also the reason we always see Bears near the house.

We really enjoyed this property. The driveway would be difficult for a car that rides low. I would recommend at least AWD. The house was very secluded and we were visited by bear nearly every day we were there. So, I would carry bear spray with you. And, as the owner recommends, LOCK YOUR CAR. We somehow forgot to lock ours and we had a mamma bear (and two cubs) come for a visit. Luckily we had no food in the car so she on only left muddy footprints behind. The house was pretty well stocked. Walter provided necessities for the bathroom, kitchen and laundry. It's located VERY close to the park entrance.

Great locations that feels pretty private when leaves are up. Proximately located to SMNP, Gatlinburg and attractions. A bit dated and worn but priced accordingly. View is nice as shown in the pictures, with trees affording some privacy. Host was very responsive and available. Parling is limited and turning around in F150 required a few forward and backs to get it done. Last stretch of road is narrow and a bit rough, I would not want to drive it in a low car. On balance, fair price for a fun place to stay.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the local scenery and Smokey Mountain National Park. House was in a quiet location.

Had a wonderful time. The road in is a little tricky just go slow. Cabin was great. Bed is super comfy. Saw a mamma with her cubs. Would stay here again. Walter was very responsive.
