The kids' sleeping area is upstairs in the loft area. 2 mattresses are on the floor tucked under the eaves of the house.

Full 3-piece bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom has a half bath and a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, separate from the bathroom. The upstairs loft area has a half bathroom.
