Out unit is a cute and cozy 45sqm 2-Bedroom LOFT at the Fort Victoria BGC.
(located at the corner of 4th Ave and 23rd street)
This is a 45sqm unit suitable for Couples or families and even group of friends looking for a great value accommodation.
Unlimited internet / Wifi router / Cable TV!
The unit has the following:
1) Master Bedroom - Queen sized bed with 6 inches uratex mattress with aircon
2) Second Bedroom - Double deck bed and has its own aircon.
3) Dining table and seating for upto 8
4) Sofa seating for 6 and can be converted to sleeping area for 2-3
5) Kitchen with ref, microwave and basic cookware.
6) Modern bathroom with water heater.
7) a 40" Smart TV with Netflix account!
