Cozy apartment in the heart of Rio!

We’ve created a modern living space for rest and relaxation. It’s a space to share ideas, work, yoga classes and healthy food. The street is very silent, you’ll be in close touch with simple lifestyle of the locals. It’s 60 m2 well distributed. There’s a suite with closet and double bed. Even it’s quiet outside, we’ve installed acoustic window only in the suite for more comfortable stay and sleep. There’s a beautiful view of botanic garden in the horizon. The second bedroom we’ve transformed in a living room (reversible with curtains) for you to work or do yoga, a sofa for naps, tea/ coffee, reading or watch something on tv.There are lots of books on the shelf that you’re welcome to read or painting. The kitchen is fully functional with cooktop, nice spacious countertop and all you need to make a healthy breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. There’s a washing machine + fridge freezer for you to use as you like. We have two chairs and two benches. There’s morning sun light in the kitchen/ service area. The bathroom has been refurbished with brand new everything, it has warm water in a ideal pressure, and you’ll have fluffy towels for the duration of your stay. It’s a old charming building with lovely people living for over 30 years, some elderly and a new generation young. We emphasize the importance of respect the time of silence, sense of community, empathy and don’t smoking inside the apartment or social areas. The advantage is to be inside the Tijuca forest, it makes the air fresher than the other areas, quiet neighborhood and at same time we are walking distance of many tourist spots such as Lagoa, beaches, Parque Lage. Vista chinesa is a 4 km walking distance though the forest. There are plenty of trails and waterfalls around.
Botanic gardens (800 m), Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas is 15 min easy walking (2 km), Parque lage 20 min (2.3 km), Leblon beach is 20 min waking (2.7 km), Ipanema Beach is 30 min nice walking (3.7 km)
