Bright & Modern Studio/Walk to Rests Bars & Beach!

Experience Puerto Vallarta the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

Located in the heart of the famous Romantic Zone, this beautifully designed boutique studio places you just a short walk from Los Muertos Beach, the city's finest restaurants, lively cafés, art galleries, beach clubs, and exciting nightlife. Leave your car behind and discover why this neighborhood is considered one of Mexico's most vibrant and walkable destinations.

After a day exploring Puerto Vallarta, return to your private king-bed studio and relax in a modern space designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoy a quiet dinner at home after watching one of Puerto Vallarta's spectacular sunsets.

One of the highlights of your stay is our rooftop swimming pool and lounge area. Whether you prefer starting the morning with coffee overlooking the city or ending the evening with a glass of wine under the stars, the rooftop offers one of the property's most relaxing experiences.

The building has elevator access, secure entry, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and self check-in, making it ideal for couples, solo travelers, digital nomads, and guests looking for extended stays.

South of the Burger, our popular gastropub located on the ground floor, is only steps away whenever you're craving one of Puerto Vallarta's favorite gourmet burgers or a refreshing craft beer before heading out for the evening.

Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, remote work, beach vacation, or to experience Puerto Vallarta's celebrated LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere, Barrio Vallarta offers a comfortable home base from which everything is within walking distance.

New, clean space in a great location

It is in the heart of Zona Romantica, within short walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Raul was a wonderful host and very responsive to my messages. I look forward to seeing this property's finishing touches when I return.

Comfort par excellence

What a great spot — from booking, to check in, to the housekeeping staff — Raul was very welcoming and responsive to my questions. Location could not have been more perfect and not on a busy street. Amenities better than listed too! This is my new home away from home while on holiday.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta for Barrio Vallarta because it perfectly captures the essence of beach life, great food, and vibrant culture. The area’s close proximity to the beach offers stunning ocean views and a relaxed atmosphere that complements our vision. Its lively streets are filled with fantastic restaurants and cafes, providing a taste of the local culinary scene. Plus, the Romantic Zone is a hub of cultural activity, with art galleries, festivals, and music adding to the area’s rich, dynamic character. This blend of beachside charm, delicious food, and cultural richness made it the ideal location for us.
