Historic Hubbell House of Mount Dora

Hubbel House is located 2 blocks away from Donnelly Park, 6 blocks to sunset at Lakeside Inn. Eat at any of Mount Dora's wonderful restaurants or stay in and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cocktail hour in your own rocking chair on the spacious porch. This two bedroom two bath bungalow is located on private lot with free on-site parking. Families welcome. Enjoy this lakeside, festival town with year round sunshine. 30 min from Orlando/Disney.
The space
Generous living space. Fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV. Washer and dryer. 2 full baths, including tub. King bed in one bedroom. Second bedroom has full bunk on bottom, twin bunk on top, and twin trundle. Pack n Play available in guest room closet. Large front porch with swing, back porch has outdoor dining table.
Guest access
1. The Hubbell House is the blue house set back from the main street (5th Ave, behind the purple house). Please use the driveway between the purple house and the mailboxes. Follow the gravel driveway and park at the rear entrance to the house. 2 cars will likely fit. The driveway is shared, please do not block the driveway and no parking on the grass. The parking spots in front of the house do not belong to Hubbell House.

2. A right out of the house will take you directly into the heart of Mount Dora. 5 min or less to the start of the festivals. Approx 10 min walk to the lakefront. A left out of the house will take you to Pizza Amore (across the street) and Fifth Avenue Streatery, both easy restaurant options.

Historic Home, close to town

Hubbell House is lovingly maintained and appointed, and only a few blocks from downtown Mt. Dora. It was a great space for a girls trip!

We loved our say in the Hubble house. It was nice and quiet. The front porch is where we spent most of our time. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

Fantastic host. Super clean and gorgeous house. Perfect location. We parked our car at the house when we arrived, and never moved it until checkout, since we were able to walk everywhere. Yet, we were out of the way enough to not have any foot traffic by the house, so it felt very safe and private. We did a mom’s and kids trip. We had 2 4 year olds, a 6 year old, and a 12 year old, and they all had an amazing time at the house and in town. They also slept like a dream after all the walking. There is a great park for kids as well. Everywhere we ate was delicious, including the pizza restaurant right across the street from the house. Can’t wait to visit again!

Very clean and fantastic location! Very easy to access and manager answered within the hour. Comfortable bed in primary. Second bedroom has double with twin top bunk so mostly for kids I’d say best for one couple.. a little small for two couples.
