Experience a serene mountain retreat offering tranquility & all you need for an unforgettable vacation. A wrap-around deck offers both sheltered & open areas for savoring falling leaves with seasonal mountain views, an ideal space to connect with nature. Inside, the open floor plan features wooden ceilings & bamboo flooring, balancing elegance with comfort. The living room, anchored by a stone fireplace, is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, from table games, puzzles or favorite TV shows.

Fully furnished with everything you need beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with huge loft area offers high vaulted ceilings, huge picture windows, large open plan and wrap around deck covered and uncovered to enjoy the mountains to its finest. True open concept living with lots of natural light and bamboo flooring! This newly constructed home (completed in spring of 2020) is located at the Snaggy Mountain subdivision. Master bedroom is located on the main level with 2 more bedrooms on the second floor and loft/office looking out over the living space with a beautiful view. Oversized two car garage and laundry room. New smart TV (65 inches) in living room and (55 inches) in master bedroom with ability to connect to your favorite service.

This isn't just a vacation home; it's a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility nestled in the mountains. Discover a retreat that soothes your spirit and invites you to embrace the surrounding natural beauty.

4WD or AWD is recommended during winter in case of snow or ice.

Minimum age is 25 years old to book, maximum number of people 10

Only dogs allowed, small up to 2, under 25 lb dogs are allowed to come, not puppies. Guest must disclose to the owner/manager if bringing a dog; penalty up to $500 for not disclosing or violating these rules. Please bring own pet food, bed, cage is needed. No dogs on furniture. Successive barking is prohibited. Dog’s owner is responsible for any damages created by his dog. Dog must have immunization records and submit if necessary. $200 nonrefundable fees per stay. penalties applied if not following rules (minimum penalty $200 up to $500)

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We really appreciated the amenities such as the fully stocked kitchen and having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the showers. It was really clean and smelled great when we walked in! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great Place - Will be back to enjoy longer

Booked on late notice for parents weekend at App State. I loved the cabin vibe and plenty of space. Getting in and out was easy, and the cabin had almost everything needed. Make sure you have access to your own streaming service for the tv's as there is not a base plan already logged in.

Wow! Absolutely Perfect!

We travel from Ohio to Boone frequently through the year to visit our daughter at App State. This by far has been the most amazingly perfect home away from home for our family. The location was perfect - close to App State and town. We look forward to coming back again and again for all of our upcoming visits. Thank you for providing amazing accommodations.

Great house in a perfect location

We loved our stay here with our two teenage kids. The location was super convenient to downtown Boone and App State. We enjoyed the restaurants downtown and exploring hiking and golf in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed. We would stay here again!

Perfect house for a perfect weekend

My family of 4 enjoyed this beautiful mountain home on our recent trip to Boone. It was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, and playing the games and pool table provided. We each had a comfortable room. There are even extra twin beds in the loft for large families. We had the bonus of surprise snow all day on Saturday. The host has salt in the garage that can be spread on the steps and walking areas if this happens. The large windows in the den made for perfect snow viewing. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. Not very many cars so we could walk a lot. The house is up on a wooded mountain but you are in Boone; so restaurants, downtown shops and the university are very close. The host is very responsive but we had no problems or issues there. It was a great weekend.

Awesome house for family and friends getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Boone Bliss Mountain House. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Our teens loved the pool table and foosball! The house was minutes away from the dog friendly downtown of Boone and Appalachian Ski Mountain. We will definitely visit again!

Family Time in the Mountains!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boone Bliss. The cabin was just as pictured. Lots of family game time, food preparation, and puzzle building. The beds were comfy and the showers were hot! WE spent more than half of our time just hanging out in the cabin and the rest of the time was just a short drive away! It was lovely. WE will be back!

Relaxing

First time staying in Boone. Nice house and nice area. Plenty to do and house is close to everything but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nice and clean. Loved the open layout! There were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. The kids enjoyed the game tables. We mostly loved that the house was new and updated but still had that nice cozy cabin feeling. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and the beautiful view from the large windows while relaxing on the very cozy living room furniture. Overall we loved the house and would definitely stay here again!
