Sweet skiing home base

Summit & Eagle Co. ski areas are my favorite places to ski and the condo meets all my requirements. Convenient to all local amenities, good food, comfort, killer view, good tv for gaming & movies & 8 world class ski mountains within an hour's drive. Parking is a bit tight but the elevator more than makes up for that. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I have been a property manager/owner for over 40 year and am fond of being in the people business.
I was a retail merchant for 26 years. My wife and I followed a daughter to Colorado and it's one of the best decisions we've ever made.
The Mountains have so much outdoor activity to offer, and one of the best is just to stare at them from the balcony.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Everything about Dillon, CO is great. We have other communities near us in Summit County that are busier and great to take advantage of. The relaxed atmosphere of Dillon plus the amenities of the other communities makes Dillon and Summit county a versatile destination.
There is a City Market grocery store, Walgreens, business center, hospital, restaurants and coffee shops within a 1/4 of mile of the COndo, easily walkable. Pug Ryans brewpub is 2 blocks away.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Considering the size of Lake Dillon, there are only a few lake front residences. The lake view with the mountain backdrop from this unit is incredible. It reminds me of Switzerland.
This condo is near the end of the building away from the elevator. Spinnakers on Lake Dillon is one of the best maintained buildings on the lake. The indoor pool and spa area is a great fit for winter use.
