Come see why this 24th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 24th floor coveted East corner with incredible panoramic views of both the Pass and the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd , 2 queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Clean & spacious condo, good location, comfy beds, just be prepared to buy extra supplies (tp, dish soap, dish sponge, etc.).

Great views and pool!

This condo was spacious with amazing views of the ocean and Perdido Pass. Outdoor pool and indoor pool were perfect for our crew. Beds and bedrooms were comfy. Kitchen was lacking a few items. Overall very nice just a little less nice than online profile presented.

It was very beautiful and perfect for a week at the beach. We wanted to vacuum up the sand cause we do not like leaving a place messy but the vacuum was missing a piece and couldn’t be use and the dust pan wasn’t there for us to sweep so we bought one and left it for the next family. Views the the 24th floor was stunning and if you happen to go during the 4th of July, you will have the BEST view of fireworks from your balcony.

Orange Beach Getaway

Lovely condo for a family of 9 vacation, beds were super comfy, plus we had a beautiful corner unit view of the Gulf and Bay. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we all enjoyed the Lazy River (heated water would be a plus but it was ok on the hot days). Condo is also equipped with a very nice ice maker and all the items you need for mealtime. We will definitely be going back to Orange Beach!

Fabulous Family Spot

We loved the views and the proximity of the condo to the beach and the pools. We can’t wait to return. The only thing that this location lacks, which many other VRBOs have, is the ability for one party to leave behind some basics which help the next person. For example: coffee filters, salt and pepper, few more board games, charcoal, etc. It was the first VRBO we’ve been to in a long time that wasn’t even allowed to have any of these types of carry-overs.

Wonderful unit; Property Mgmt not great

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was almost perfect for our group of 12 ladies. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen, with the exception of dish soap (none), dishrags (none) and dishtowels (needed more). Could have used a few extra bath towels (just 1 per person). The view from the corner unit was AMAZING!!! The beds were comfortable, but pillows not great. Having 4 adults in the rooms with 2 queens was not ideal as there was no room for suitcases, but we made do. Pool and lazy river were great; beach access easy and close. The problem with the property manager was that no door code was sent until AFTER check-in time, multiple messages left because no one would answer the phone or email. Almost had to drive to the office (not located at Phoenix II), but finally they called back. The office on site was for Brett Robinson and they only handle the parking pass and armbands. Overall the condo was awesome, but the customer service needs improvement.

We did email the access code with check in information 3 days prior to your arrival, we also sent a text message to you two days prior to arrival making sure you had the code, which you did not respond to. You arrived at the property at 4:30 and did not have the code, we then emailed the code to you again at 4:38. Please let us know if we can help with a future trip!

Let me start by saying that the unit was absolutely beautiful and the views were unbeatable. Truly breathtaking. Plenty of room for our 7 people. Could have used some more storage space for beach gear. The living room furniture was filthy. This made us wonder how clean the rest of the place really was. For the cost of renting this unit they should be able to replace or attempt to clean it. While there were a lot of stemless wine glasses, they were plastic and looked like they had been melted in the dishwasher and put back in the cupboard, so they weren't really usable. I asked ahead of time if there was a traditional coffee pot or a Keurig and never got a response. Turns out there were two traditional coffee pots, but one of them was broken. No Keurig. I never received the email ahead of time to purchase my parking passes, so I had to purchase on-site and pay the higher fee. There was also confusion because our names had not been added to the tenant roster for some reason so they had no record of us. After the very helpful lady at the front desk did some calling around to verify we were supposed to be there, we were able to get our parking passes. I received the email shortly after that about parking passes...Extra king bdr has no view, just window to hall. Knob on dryer broke mid-stay and was told maintenance would fix it, they never did. Overall, great space, but needs some simple TLC. Would've been a 3 if the view wasn't so amazing.
