Welcome to our charming house in Bora Bora! You won't find a better place to enjoy breathtaking ocean views and stunning sunsets. Our house is conveniently located just 2 minutes from downtown, providing both the peace and tranquility you seek while being close to Vaitape's pier, shops, and restaurants.
This villa features two bedrooms, each with bathroom and toilet. A third sleeping option is available with a pull-out bed in the living room. You can also enjoy a lounge area and a private outdoor swimming pool.
A concierge service is included to assist you in planning all your activities during your stay.

Sunset Villa

The Sunset Villa is modern home located on a hillside with a beautiful view of lagoon and reef passage! The lagoon colors are truly amazing! Watch the sunset from anywhere in the Villa! The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off while sitting in the sun enjoying the view! Sunset Villa has all the comforts of and allows you to explore all that Bora Bora has to offer. The property Manager Allen is number 1 with providing excellent customer service! Allen knows everything you need to know about Bora Bora. I would highly recommend Sunset Villa to everyone wanting to explore Bora Bora. Thank you Allen for all your help! We really loved staying here at Sunset Villa! Merci Beaucoup! Franck & Elaine

Paradise in Bora Bora

My fiancé and I loved this villa so much we extended our stay! You will not find a more pristine property with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the beds are large and comfortable, lots of closet space, and the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and body wash. Having laundry on site was very convenient. The view is phenomenal. We watched many sunsets from the balcony and from in the pool. It is one of the highest villas in the area and is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown shopping, food trucks, and a market for groceries, but far enough away from any noise and is very peaceful. Allan, the owner, is so welcoming and met with us as soon as we got in and communicated with us the entire time. He gave great recommendations on restaurants, where to snorkle and pearl shopping. He even scheduled excursions for us, and because of him, we were able to get married and had a traditional French Polynesian ceremony! He provided above and beyond service and really made us feel at home. This is a luxury villa with all the comfort and would be great for families. We rented a car to explore the island and drove to Matira beach every day. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon! Thank you Allan for making this trip memorable and we will be back!
