We had a great time on our vacation! Didn't realize it wasn't a condo when I booked but the resort turned out fine. Several pools to choose from, easy beach access and fast elevators. My only issues were in the room. The primary bedroom didn't seem to get as much air conditioning and the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. The couch had a hole in it and the cushions were really flat. The unit was clean and big. We would stay at the resort again for sure.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear you had a great vacation, enjoyed the resort’s pools, beach access, and fast elevators, and that you found the unit clean and spacious. We’re sorry about the issues you experienced in the room. We appreciate you bringing the A/C, bathroom door, and couch concerns to our attention so we can have them inspected and addressed. Providing a comfortable and well-maintained space is very important to us. We’re especially happy to hear that you would stay at the resort again. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide an even better experience next time!
