I am not sure that the people who own the condo actually go and keep an eye on the property. I think the hotel is supposed to upkeep it for them. First of all the furniture was stained and it was old set in stains. The living room table had a big chunk out of it, Both showers made a god awful noise when someone used them. The outlets in both bathrooms did not work. When we first came in we checked the beds and the mattress pad had god awful stains and we had housekeeping come and change it and the housekeeper had an attitude. Yes I took pictures and I showed them to the manager at the front desk. I still have the pictures of the owners would like me to share with them. The last night we were there the music was blaring all night. They could not get the music to cut off, apparently they could not get into the media room because it was locked. The music was so loud.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay was affected by multiple maintenance, cleanliness, and noise concerns. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter stained furniture, damaged furnishings, noisy showers, and non-working bathroom outlets. We’re especially sorry about the condition of the mattress pad when you arrived and that your interaction with housekeeping did not meet the level of service we expect. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to the attention of the front desk and management and documenting them with photos. We also apologize for the excessive noise on your final night. We understand how disruptive that must have been, especially when the music could not be turned off. We take your feedback seriously and will make sure these concerns are brought to the appropriate teams for review and follow-up. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention.
