Welcome to a perfectly located vacation rental with a brand new hot tub! Just a jump over the bridge to Sullivan's Island and IOP beaches. Located steps away from the stunning Old Village & 10 mins to downtown Charleston. 2 master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms .4 bedrooms + an additional den area with pull-out sofa, Enjoy a chef's kitchen, fenced yard, garage hot tub lounge and fenced in backyard firepit. Professionally managed by Royall Stays.

The house was very nice and the location worked out well for us. Other positives: parking space, cleanliness, communication and allowed to access the property 90 minutes early. Some negatives: one washcloth per bathroom, no dishwasher detergent, no dish towels (but there were paper towels) and coffee cups were more like tea cups.

Perfect spaces all around

We visited your property with our 3 adult children and their wives and had a great experience. There was a private bath attached to each bedroom and so much space in the living area with very comfortable ( and beautiful ) furnishings! So close to Sullivans Island and very safe !

Spacious, beautiful, convenient and pet friendly

We found this pet friendly gem close to Sullivans Island. The home is very spacious, well decorated and has everything you need! It is close to shopping, restaurants and walking/biking paths which is just a short 2 mile walk or bike ride over to Sullivans Island. It’s perfect for large families or gatherings. The host was very friendly and responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be back for future visits!!

Mt. Pleasant Near Sullivan’s Island

The home was spacious and nicely appointed. The location was great— minutes from Sullivan Island beaches and a twenty minute hop to Charleston. Property manager was proactive and responsive.

Great for a week with friends

We had four friends together for a week to explore Charleston and reminisce about old times. The kitchen made for a great place to have home cooked meals when we didn't want to go out. We appreciated having four bedrooms each with their own bathroom en suite. The property is clean, and being on a cul de sac, there's not a lot of traffic noise. It's a short drive to downtown Charleston and even shorter to Sullivan's Island. A large grocery store is so close that I walked there and back for one quick trip. This was an ideal vacation experience.
