The Ridgeline House is a breathtaking rustic/modern 3 Bed/3.5Ba home that delivers unforgettable and unblockable views of Sedona's red rocks. Highlights from pasts guests include the massive living room with walls of glass to take in the amazing views, hot tub, Tesla Charger and commuter ebikes. Nearby trail access is just minutes away for those looking to explore the national forest trail system by foot or moutain bike. Use our brand new commuter ebikes to access the shops, restaurants and galleries nearby!
We've owned this home for 12 years and it's been our primary residence - this isn't a purpose built and cheaply furnished standard rental place. We've got another place to stay nearby and we stay in that when the home is booked - but I still live and work here in the community - and I'm happy to give trail recomendations to guests if you're game. We're both trail runners, mountain bikers and explorers - so we can steer you the right way if you're coming to use the trail system to it's fullest!

We've lived in Sedona for 23+ years - both originally from the midwest. Jenn's in tourism and I'm a real estate broker in town. We've lived in a half dozen houses in our years here - and this is by far our favorite house we've ever lived in. The neighborhood is dead quiet, trail access is nearby, we're walking (or ebiking) distance from Uptown coffee and restaurants... and the views are UNBELIEVABLE. Everybody in town thinks their views are best... but we've got them all beat.

Larger lots at the top of the hill in Uptown Sedona.... so it's a downhill stroll to get to Uptown, but an uphill walk back to the house. The uphill walk leads you back to our house perched on the hill for dead on views of the red rocks. It's stunning

There a dozens of luxury STRs that were bought as an investment and kitted out with nice furniture and trendy design aspects picked out on Pintrest or Insta - but this is an actual house that we've made our full time residence for years. It's got character, style, views and lots of little bonuses - hot tub, view deck, lower level suite, Tesla charger, brand new commuter eBikes... all to make this the ultimate getaway for you and your family/group.
