This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the border of Frisco and Little Elm. This location gives you quick access to all that Frisco and Little Elm have to offer! 13 minutes to the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters, 8 minutes to Little Elm Park, 14 minutes to Stonebriar Mall, 10 minutes to Toyota Stadium, and 17 minutes to Grandscape. There are countless restaurants nearby, plenty of entertainment, and groceries are only 3 minutes away!

The home features an open floor plan with two living spaces, an open kitchen, and beautifully updated bathrooms. Both living spaces have TVs, comfy couches and one living area includes a foosball table. The huge master bedroom includes a king bed, desk and chair, dresser, and two nightstands. Both secondary bedrooms have queen beds, two nightstands, and a dresser. The large backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and has plenty of room for kids and pets to play!

Nice house & quiet neighborhood

Lovely home with almost everything we needed! Would have been nice to have a coffee pot & not just a keurig. Beds & pillows comfy, fun games, very attentive host when we had trouble getting in! All around great stay!

Phenomenal gateway

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Very quiet, conveniently located and well equipped with all necessary items. Great touch by the owners by leaving a nice goodies for us to enjoy.

This quiet, well kept neighborhood is on the border of Frisco and Little Elm. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Lewisville Lake, Stonebriar Mall, Cowboys Way, and Grandscape all provide tons of entertainment!

This home is open, spacious, very clean, and is recently remodeled. The floorplan offers two living areas, a foosball table, desk for working on the go, a fully fenced backyard, dining seating for 8, and a huge master suite.
