JT Estate w/ 7beds + Pool|Spa|Plunge & Game Room!

The whole house is themed Old West from inside out. It`s the perfect spot for social media influencers. The front yard is fenced in and can park lots of cars. There`s beautiful lifesize metal art of a horse drawn stagecoach to welcome you. Once you enter the house, you are immediately taken back to the old west as the whole house is designed to take you there. The first room you enter is the lobby, with an upright piano for those who play. There are also thousands of vinyl records of all genre from classical to modern.

From the lobby, you can continue to the large living room where you can relax on a large custom lounge sofa and watch free streaming movies on an 80in TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to be able to cook full meals for your group. There is a coffee and tea station.

There are three bathrooms, and each are beautifully painted with murals of the old western fronteer. They also have bidets to pamper your restroom experience.

Each of the four bedrooms are decorated with a different theme, one is a sheriff`s office, one is the Wells Fargo Bank, one is the Gazzette with real newspapers from the 1800`s on display, and one is the Brothel with Alaskan King Bed large enough to sleep more than 4 adults.

From the Lobby room or the hallway, you can enter our Saloon Game room where you will find an old saloon style bar, ping pong/pool table, shuffle board, and a 9 seater poker table with poker chips and cards ready for you and your group to spend countless hours in. There is also a video arcade game that has over 500 classic attari and nintendo old school games.

Once you find time to leave the inside of the house, there is much to do in the back yard as well.

There`s a BBQ grill with gas connected, ready for you to cook for your group, and enough outdoor dinning seating for everyone. When you are done eating, you can relax in our Hammocks under the tree, or in the large 8 person jacuzzi that`s always ready and hot, or take a dive in our large swiming pool that can also be a water volleyball court. The pool is about 3 feet deep on the shallow ends and 4.5 ft deep in the center, with a 1 ft wading area for the little ones. The pool also can be heated anytime, for an additional heating fee per day. You can also play cornhole on our regulation size boards or just sit underneath the umbrella with a refreshing drink and watch your loved ones play. There is a gas fire pit for you and your group to gather around and enjoy each others` company.

Last, and definitely not least, is the Greatest Spectacle in town, our Real life-sized Conestoga Wagon, fun for you and your family. You will definitely have the best experience to tell everyone about.

Most guests come to explore the much talked about Joshua Tree National Park, but most of them end up staying at the house the whole time and never leave. They all say that they just had so much fun at the house they didn`t want to go anywhere.

Guest access
You are welcome to use all of the house and Conestoga Wagon. You are welcome to use anything you find at the house. There`s plenty of coffee and tea for you as well.

House Rules
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You`re welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing games and toys - If any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
11. No pets without approval. If approved, you must clean up after your pet. No pets on furniture. Do not leave your pet unattended. Breed and size restriction
12. NO glass is permitted in the jacuzzi.

POOL HEATING: Please note that due to changes and hikes in gas prices, the pool does cost extra to heat. The pool can be heated, please notice us ONE DAY before your arrival if you’d like to heat it up. Please contact me for the current heating rate. The pool heating fees will be add on top of night fees not including Airbnb service fees and taxes. (No extra fees for the hot tub)
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool (and hot tub) for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. No one under 18 to use cold plunge or sauna without parental approval and supervision. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety. (This includes the cold plunge, sauna & game areas). (Price is usually $150 per day/24 hours.)

PLUMBING: All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.

DESERT & WILDLIFE: The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs - it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys , bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants & spiders out here. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. And we are always more than happy to have a creature safely relocated if you find it to be a threat. Do not place hands or feet in rock crevices, under logs, or in, areas with dense vegetation where you cannot see.

WEATHER: This is a desert environment with rapid temperature shifts (up to 50°F+ daily). Expect scorching heat in summer (100°F+) and cool nights in winter (near freezing). Sunscreen, hats, and at least one gallon of water per person, per day are essential. Flash floods can occur. Check current conditions before your visit. No refunds due to weather.
