About this space This two-story, modern home has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest rooms each have queen-sized beds. A spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two, making this home the perfect location for up to 8 guests. Has a modern, fully appointed kitchen as well as an upper balcony and lower patio. The home has two full bathrooms with shower stall downstairs and jetted tub upstairs. Also includes a smart TV with DVR and washer/dryer.

Everything was great! The house is very comfortable and was perfect for two couples. The location related to downtown is perfect! We enjoyed a lovely low-key weekend with good friends and excellent food!

Great Location

My husband, 3 adult children, and I had a pleasant stay here. It was clean, roomy, and in a great location. We could easily walk to the park and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Perfect Location

This has to be one on the best rental locations in Ashland. So close to everything. Listing was accurate. We loved our stay.

Great Location to downtown

The property was clean, comfortable, ample parking and great location to downtown. Everything was in good working condition. We had a great time in Ashland and loved having a house within walking distance to all the shops, resturants, and bars!

Wonderful place!

Great location close to everything. Comfortable, well stocked house. Nice porch in front and balcony up top for morning coffee, happy hour, relaxing. Friendly and communicative host. 10 out of 10!

Cozy House and Perfect Location

We had a great stay at the Pioneer Craftsman. We spent a Ski-Weekend in Ashland and it was the perfect place for our adventure-headquarters. The fireplace made for a cozy relaxing vibe, the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect for soaking the Ski-fatigued muscles.The location itself can't be beat. We were across the street from a cafe and taphouse, and only a few-minutes walk from the Downtown Plaza.Would, and hope to, stay again again here on our next Ashland trip.

Great location & accommodation. We suggest you add a shower upstairs included with jet tub. Carpets are stained. Perhaps replace or change to hardwood flooring. But, overall, the home was perfect!

A Peaceful Oasis in the Middle of Town

This lovely home is tucked just off the main part of downtown, allowing for an easy walk to a dozen restaurants, plus stores and coffee shops. OSF is about a 2-3 block walk. The home is spacious and cool, with three outdoor spaces to enjoy coffee or visiting. There are three eateries just across the driveway if you want to grad something quickly, and the Food Co-op is 2-3 blocks away -- an easy walk. The kitchen is well equipped, with a comfortable dining area.This is a five-star gem, and you'll be grateful you chose it!
