Unfortunately, sand is common at the beach. A broom and vacuum is provided for your convenience to sweep the floors during your stay. We also have a “mid-stay housekeeping option” available for a a small fee, where housekeeping will come in as often as you like to clean floors, etc., upon request. Peaceful quiet space on beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our weekend getaway. We didn’t have to wait on the elevator. Easy walk out to the beach. We rented the chairs and umbrella (great service separate from the condo)Our unit had a musty smell. But it was relatively clean. The full size bed was kinda small for 2 adults. The location was great for smaller crowd on the beach even with a Holiday weekend. I wouldn’t stay in this exact unit next time because of the full size bed. Prefer a queen or King.

Great place. Close to the beach. Easy check in. They even allowed us to check in early. We had one issue with the water and they had it taken care of very quickly. Would stay again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at GulfGate for over 25 years and this is definitely one of the nicer rooms. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. I thought the mattress was really uncomfortable but that was the only complaint I had! In terms of Gulf Gate overall we did have an issue one night where there were no parking spaces, and saw a lot of cars parked without parking passes, so be aware if you go out late. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome. The quick walk down to the beach several times a day was great. Everyone was courteous and respectful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when not at the beach. Beach was never crowded and lots of families at condo. Parking was easy and prime location to a lot of restaurants and things to do. I only have three suggestions: (1) a more thorough cleaning of the floors. Our feet were black within minutes of being at the condo (2) cushions for the chairs on balcony, the seats are hard and not tolerable for very long (3) a new mattress. We could feel every spring and woke up sore each day. Other than those few things, the trip was perfect and we would definitely stay again!
