Searching for a well-appointed two bedroom condo with a balcony that overlooks the emerald jewel toned waters of the glistening gulf and its sugar white beach? Your search is over! Crystal Sands 314A, a beautiful two-bedroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious Master Bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and an attached full hall bath. The open living area boasts a sunny, spacious atmosphere with a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that showcase the breathtaking view of the sea. The high vaulted ceiling, open staircase, and loft area create a bright and airy setting with abundant natural light. The upstairs guest quarters include a lovely loft bedroom with a king sized bed and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub shower combination is a separate bedroom with two twin-sized bunk beds, perfect for kids.

In addition to its luxurious accommodations, Crystal Sands offers a heated pool, BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access. From March 1 to October 31, guests can enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella. (Note; you can set up personal chairs behind the vendor set up, meaning between the vendor set up and the condo. But you cannot put up umbrellas or canopies, with the exception of baby tents. You can rent additional beach set ups from vendor for $60/day). Conveniently located just 1 mile from Destin Commons, you'll have access to fantastic shopping and dining options, as well as Bass Pro Shop and the state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater. Crystal Beach is also in close proximity to exciting activities such as go-kart tracks, bowling alleys, The Big Kahuna water park, deep-sea fishing excursions, and kids' Pirate Cruises. This was our second year staying in this room, and we are always pleased with it. It’s reasonably priced, right on the beach (which is handy with littles), the check in and out process is super easy, and customer service is so friendly, and quick to respond!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach property! The beach itself was absolutely perfect, and the daily chair service was such a great bonus—it made relaxing by the water so easy and enjoyable.The home was spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was also thoughtfully stocked, which made our stay even more convenient.The only small suggestions we’d offer would be to consider adding blackout curtains in the downstairs master bedroom, as the exterior light right outside the door is quite bright at night. Additionally, the pillows were a bit too flat for our preference, so a refresh there could make an already great stay even better.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Beautiful view!

We loved our stay. The location was very convenient and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The place was under a little construction but they communicated well with us so it wasn’t a big problem.

The property was beach front and that was amazing. That is where it ended. The property was not properly represented and not well kept.-The quad bunks are in a room with a sloped ceiling that was within a foot of the bed on the shorter end. It might work for toddlers but it certainly does not work for older kids.-The internet did not work well.-The dishwasher did not work.-The ceiling fans in two of the rooms used the same remote such that if someone turned on the light in one room, it turned the light on/off in the other room. Same for the fan.-The remotes for all of the TV's were missing covers and batteries.I will definitely not be staying at this property again. I talked to the property management company about the bunks not being useable but there response was very dismissive. No apology, no attempt to help, nothing.

Great location

This property has become our hands down favorite for fall break. Beautiful ocean front. Close proximity to great shopping. Unit was very nice and clean with everything in working order that we needed for a great stay.

Great view

Super comfortable with a great view! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. Private beach access was fantastic and convenient. We would have appreciated having a few more towels and extra pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet. Overall very pleased!

Memorial Day Holiday Vacation

This property is in a great location. It provides plenty of secure parking. The unit was clean upon arrival and nicely decorated. The staff was very supportive prior to arrival and during our stay, they responded immediately, and their communication was superior in comparison. I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation to Destin. Wonderful Location & Beautiful Unit

We loved staying in this unit. The private beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all! We also enjoyed the pool during the evening! Our whole family had plenty of room. It was 95+ outside but the unit stayed very cool, which is appreciated. We also loved the parking lot with plenty of parking space. Very close to the Destin Commons for shopping and also lots of Dining! Overall 9.5/10!

Last minute getaway

My husband and I booked a last minute trip and overall very pleased with our stay. We had minor plumbing issue with downstairs shower draining. But was able to get someone to fix it right away. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

Incredible Condo Vacation!

I cannot say enough great things about 314A in Crystal Sands! The condo was perfect in every way. It was immaculate, grade A cleanliness and was very well stocked with all the basic necessities. Donna with the management company was amazing! She reached out to us before we arrived to make sure we had our codes and checked on us multiple times during the week to make sure we were having a great vacation! The beach chair service was included with renting the unit as well! We absolutely loved everything about this vacation, and Crystal Sands 314A was the perfect choice for us! Can’t wait to book again! 5 Stars!!!!!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. We've stayed in several units at Crystal Sands. This one was pretty nice & we had a great time. The one thing we didn't like is the little bedroom with the bunk beds has a harsh bright light & the bottom part of the bunks is actually on the floor. This was our daughter's room & we only found one outlet. SO, to them not girl friendly. Maybe for littles this fine. Didn't spoil our time we adjusted, and we still had a blast. Thankful we had beautiful beach days.

Thank you for this feedback, Michele! The original light was in that room we had complaints that it was too dim, so we replaced with LED...one outlet is annoying. Will look to see if there is any way to add additional outlet. We hope to host you, again!

Gorgeous View - Dirty Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony was the best part of this unit. The sofa was old and filthy, the rug in the living room was dirty and smelled. Needs new furniture in Living Room. The bunk beds have sheets on them, but there are no blankets for them to be found. Maybe I missed them. Minimal bath towels, no beach towels. Never walked in bare feet while inside. Baseboards look like they haven't been cleaned in a year or two. Living Room curtains were filthy too.

Location is perfect!

We had a family vacation with adult children. The location was perfect. Just a few steps got you to the beach. The building was quiet and peaceful. There were plenty of dishes in the well stocked kitchen so we didn’t have to wash dishes the entire time. The place could have been cleaner. I dropped something on the floor and looked under the bed and it had not been cleaned in a long time. The baseboards had dirt on them too. The couch needs replaced - but overall the place was cute just needs a good cleaning. The bunk room is extremely small - not sure how all of the beds fit in there. It did not work for the adult kids. Some condos have non-perishable items like salt and pepper. This one has nothing. My last place to stay even had snacks for us as well as full bottles of dish soap and spices. It sure makes the trip more enjoyable when you don’t have to buy $500 worth of staples for the condo. We ran out of toilet paper on the last day and made die with Kleenex so be prepared. For the price of the unit I would not stay in this one again.

Thank you for the feedback, Dana. I did not see any communication from you during your stay. We definitely could've gotten housekeeping out to you had we know you were not happy with the cleanliness. We mention in numerous communications that we provide a starter supply of amenities. These are not meant to last a guest's whole stay, but simply to get them through a day or 2 until they can go the store to get what they prefer. As for the bunk room, it is small, but we feel the pictures on our website accurately describe the space. Perhaps you'll come back and stay in one of our many other properties that get consistent 5 stars!
