4 stars apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the owners' house who live on the 1st with children. Very good geographical locationn lot of spaces
130 m² apartment that can accommodate MAXIMUM 8 people in 3 separate bedrooms.
- 3 bedrooms (large bedroom with 180 cm bed and sofa bed and 2 other bedrooms with single beds but can be brought together to make a 180 cm bed) with electric shutters.
- living room with 3-seater sofas, 1 armchairs, 1 huge pouf, a large TV...
- fully equipped kitchen
- a bathroom (Italian jet shower/Bath) and separate wc.
There is also in the ground floor :
- a Sauna
- a laundry room where there is a washing machine (The first is free the others ones are 2€).
Charges included (water, heating, electricity, wifi internet)
Bed, bathroom and household linen provided.
For babies: high chair, booster seat, travel cot (mattress, sheet).
A studio on the ground floor can be rented in addition (contact us for availability).
