Amazing

My boyfriend and I came to Miami to go to Oleta State Park and kayak over to Sandspur island with the raccoons. The room was only a 5-7 minute drive from the park, so that was really nice. The room was clean and it was an easy check-in process. It’s also close to a lot of good restaurants. We will definitely be back at some point.

What you see is what you get

Great location, just outside of Aventura. Perfect for where I needed to be. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would. My only issue is, since you're renting a room, you have no control over the HVAC. I didn't sleep well. I like to sleep in a cold room. There's no thermostat (that I could find) to control the temperature of the room. You're at the mercy of others in the house. The ceiling fan didn't help keep me cool at night. If I could control the temperature, I'd stay here again.

Not what I expected

This might have well been a room in someone home and not an entire unit as VRBO offers. You can hear everything in the units next door, and there’s a bedroom door that clearly connects the unit to the one next door. Their dogs were loud and intimidating and they barked right on the other side of that door when we came home. The neighborhood is sketchy at best.

Great place to stay

I was here with my husband and my pet for 4 days. Everything was great, clean and comfortable. The location also is very central you have many places around to go.

Birthday Weekend

It was my partners birthday weekend and we had booked tickets to events for the weekend and wanted something comfortable to come back to. The place was clean, little/no traffic in the surrounding area, very quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to quite a few things! The host was very communicative from the beginning and was available to chat whenever I needed! Would definitely stay here again, we had a great time.

Neighbor was awesome. Beautiful park nearby. Few miles from the beach and some good eats. Friendly atmosphere.

Nice little place

Great location that was easy to get to. Just a short walk from a very cool coffee place (Neverland) and a great park (Greynold). The price is right if you’re on a budget and don’t need lots of space or luxury.
