Fun little property, we had a wrestling tournamnet with our kids. They were suppose to stay with their team in a holiday inn, but thwy ended up staying with us. More room than a hotel. Cheaper. AND THE GOLF CART!! Lol. Extra pillows and blankets would be great, thats my only critique

The place was in a great community. We felt very safe and right at home. Very well maintained with so many things to do on property. Great communication from the property owner. You can’t go wrong booking a stay here! We will definitely be back!

While visiting Kissimmee for a juijitsu tournament at SilverSpurs Arena, we wanted a tiny home to enjoy Florida for a week. This was an excellent location. We visited both Clearwater Beach on the Gulf side- 90 minutes away and Coco Beach/Kennedy - 60 minutes away. Additionally, we appreciated the coffee, and water bottles in the frig upon arrival. Youngest slept on the futon, 12 year old on the full and adults on the the queen. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer after our visit to the beaches. Sheets in the master bedroom were subpar but I’m picky. Overall fantastic job place right next to the playground and pool.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The pool was great and all of the people that were there were so nice. We will definitely be staying again. The only thing that I would change is ask them to get more comfortable furniture for the living room.

Family trip Spring Break

We chose this property based on location. We have family in Kissimmee and this RV park is 3 miles from both of their homes. It’s clean, safe, cozy and cute. We stayed as a family of 3. Mom, dad, 13 yr old son. We also brought our 12 lb Schichon and we think he loved the park the most. This is an ideal spot for anyone who travels with dogs. There’s a dog walk and potty bags on every corner. The park is well lit and has several amenities. (Pool, putt-putt, mini playground, ducks to feed). There’s also a gym but that was disappointing. My husband and son workout every day together and sadly our 13 yr old son who knows what he is doing wasn’t allowed in the gym even accompanied by his father!! No one under the age of 18 is allowed even supervised. My boys had to go down the street and join Crunch gym for the week which worked out fine but was unexpected. The cottage, itself, was bigger than expected with 2 bedrooms, living TV area and fully stocked kitchen. It even has a stackable washer and dryer. I am very used to having to bring my own cleaning supplies, garbage bags, soap and so forth so I can get down with being provided the bare minimum but the one thing I really wish would be in every home I stay is a simple bottle of cleaning spray to wipe down the kitchen table and counters. Of course I travel with a bottle of Lysol but I think every home should be stocked with a bottle of some kind of cleaner. Over all our stay was very comfortable. Definitely best bang for buck!

Very cute and the bed was super comfy and Neil always makes everyone feel welcome and he and Tanya and company are so easy to communicate with!

Bowl game stay

Stayed here to go to the Citrus Bowl. Neighborhood was clean and people were friendly. A lot of fireworks but it was New Years Eve. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

I became a firefighter in Melbourne Beach in 2001 and now I am a fire engine driver engineer, I enjoy many family activities like camping, fishing and theme parks.
I also enjoy attending classic car shows at "Old Town" all the way over to "Daytona Raceway" I also enjoy exploring the countryside on my touring motorcycle
I am the proud father of twin boys who are both certified First Responders/Volunteer Fire Fighters....My sons Myles and Wyatt work with me, and and together we enjoy managing this family run vacation rental business
We own and manage "Campground Vacation Rentals" in Kissimmee Florida, our rentals include RV's, Travel Trailers, as well as 1 and 2 bedroom "Tiny Home" Cottage Rentals located at Sun Campground Resort, which is located 12 mi from Walt Disney World and next door to the world famous shopping area known as "The Loop"...MCO Orlando international Airport is 12 mi away
