This is a wonderful place right on the river. And surprisingly quiet considering its location. You can walk anywhere - the owner is so sweet! Very accommodating and helpful! House is very well stocked too - Sharon has thought of everything! I will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful week in one of the most convenient spots near Dock Square. The view of the water, even at low tide, was soothing and pretty. We felt as though we were atop a lively marsh area.Other people have mentioned the balcony since that's what made the place so airy. Yup.The beds were quite comfortable with more pillow choices than I've ever seen. Also, the owner has decorating taste similar to my own. This made me happy as I noticed this old painting, that gorgeous photograph, the clever stone ducks as door stops. Having rented in many area places over the years I can tell you that Sharon is THE most responsive and helpful contact. It's not her fault that there was so much construction going on across the inlet, and on the road leading in....Likely that will all subside soon as the year goes on. Oh! a beach pass was included. Those are quite pricey for a week and this was much appreciated.

Exceeded all expectations! Location is amazing. You look out from the peaceful deck thinking that your a mile from the crowds and busy Main Street only to walk 20 yards through connected parking lots to arrive! The condo is lovely and well stocked with things we didn’t know we needed.LOL. Thank you for our wonderful girls weekend.

A Real Gem

Pros:- Location, Location, Location. Steps to shops, harbor, restaurants, ice cream, and more.- Porch/View. Shaded patio looks out over Town/River/Harbor. Lovely.- A/C and Washer/Dryer. So nice to have.- Comfort. This 2 BR is in excellent condition, well furnished, and with everything you need.- Parking. Convenient, easy, free.Cons:- None.

Great place!!!

We love this place! Location is perfect for walking to downtown Kennebunkport Gooch's Beach. Pictures accurately depict the unit. It is super clean and has all the little things we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the host is wonderful.

Kennebunkport trip

First stay in Kennebunkport and this was a great place to stay! Everything is within walking distance which made the location prime. The place is decorated nicely and has anything you need for your stay. We sat on the outside deck for morning coffee and evening chats. Mornings in Paris was great for breakfast each morning. We had great conversations with the manager John each morning. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Great location, great apartment

We had a great time at this apartment. The kitchen is excellently stocked with pots, pans, silverware, drinking glasses, etc. Walking to downtown Kennebunkport is quick and easy. The view and breeze on the covered deck are wonderful. The twin beds were comfortable, and our 4 year old daughter slept very well in her bed. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

GREAT LOCATION AND WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS

Loved this cozy condo and the location cannot be beat. Sitting on the deck we enjoyed hearing live music while watching all the people buzzing around the shops and restaurants. Loved watching the water. Was amazed by the tide pool. This place was very clean and tidy which is appreciated. It was fully stocked with plenty of towels, etc. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. Maine is absolutely beautiful, and the people are so kind!!! I got to check this off my bucket list but I want to come back. Such a beautiful state. Relaxing and refreshing! Whale watching was unreal, and I highly recommend visitors take in that activity.

Perfect Spot

The deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or just watching the town! The location is great! Walking to all the downtown locations was an easy walk and so was walking to the beach if you wanted to! The beach parking pass was a great bonus! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Our host was so responsive to any inquiries I had. Great place to stay!!!

Wonderful KPT retreat

Great Rental!

Well appointed rental just steps to the heart of Kennebunkport shopping and restaurants. Excellent covered balcony overlooking the scenic tidal river and Kennebunkport. Heat and A/C. Kitchen has everything you need. 3rd year renting this unit. Excellent.

Our 2023 return to KPT

We have stayed at this location and this apartment on many occasions. It is perfectly located , very well equipped with a great view across the river to downtown KPT . Wonderful sunrises. The owner Sharon is very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Weekend visit

We had a very nice stay in the condo. Our daughter and her boyfriend flew in from LA and met us and it wound up being a proposal 💍 weekend 😃 The kitchen was well stocked and we boiled lobster one night. We biked to Goochs beach and it was 1mile. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance tho. We loved the covered porch the best I think. The LR and MB were well AC’d. The smaller bedroom was a bit warmer so we used the fan in the unit for that room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Little Condo

The unit was fantastic. It had everything we needed for our visit. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics. There is an ice machine in the fridge too. We were able to walk to town, restaurants and the beach. Never had to drive anywhere. There is a covered porch off of the family room which was great to sit out - even I. The rain. We would recommend this unit and would stay again.
