The Bee & Barb Farmhouse features a lovingly restored 1850s cabin in northeast Georgia that marries vintage charm with modern comfort. Sleeping space for nine.
Situated less than quarter mile from Lake Hartwell - bring your boat for summer fun, or enjoy a retreat in foothills of the Appalachians. This cozy hideaway is rustic yet serene and the perfect getaway in any season. Come unwind and recharge!

Super comfortable beds and bedding.Great layout.Loved the Christmas decorations, especially the chicken tree topper. Since it was so cold, we were glad for the fireplace and the Dyson heaters. It was so cold in the house when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to inquiries.The kitchen had to be cleaned before we could use it. Bring your own water for coffee/tea. Lake water is wretched.

Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Place was clean and cozy. Lots of room in back to play. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and serving dishes.

The cabin was nice. The location was more residential than cabin area feel. The cabin wasn't true to the pictures but it had a good vibe. It was clean, cozy, the host was kind and patient. If you're just looking for a great family oriented stay, this is a great place to book. If you looking for things to do outside of the cabin, I'm not sure what's avaliable.

We loved it!!! Everything was clean, the floors, kitchen, bathrooms, beds and linens and towels all spotless. Natalie was wonderful!! When the remote didn’t work she was quick to bring another one. Peaceful, relaxing, spacious quiet place out in the country and a great break from the big city. The spring water is fantastic, probably the best spring water I've had in the US.

The property manager was very helpful with any issues we had and quick to respond, even when the issue was something we just overlooked. We enjoyed the house and the outdoor deck is amazing. We also love the amazing walk-in bathroom. If you are looking for a great and spacious place to stay near Taccoa Falls College then I highly recommend staying herw.

The property was great. Plenty of room/space. Loved the rustic feel it had. Back porch/patio was huge along with a big open yard. Also a very cool loft area especially for younger kids. Close to boat ramps as well as Toccoa and Lavonia. Would definitely stay here again.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Georgia and booked this cabin the day before we left. It was short two day trip but it was one of our favorites so far. The cabin is beautiful and the property is just as beautiful. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, 3 young kids, and a dog... The house suited all of us perfectly! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Awesome place to relax…

I spent 12 amazing days at the cabin. It was so peaceful. You aren’t far from Seneca or Clemson, if you’re looking for things to do. But the cabin provides enough necessities that you won’t need to leave. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A beautiful cabin with an old fashioned feel along with modern amenities. And the host was absolutely lovely! Definitely recommend.
