Unexpected surprises
Disappointed from the arrival to leaving property……
Driving up the whole community appeared in disrepair.
It was evident front pedestrian gate was removed, the driveway gate in a permanent open/ unlocked position along with homeless sleeping in the community driveway.
Instructions to pedestrian gate code, but no pedestrian gate. No garage remotes. No spindles on stair well making it unsafe for children. Master bedroom couldn’t sleep in it as there are huge windows with no light blockage and a terrace above the bedroom with more light coming in. Back guest room has a window unit (AC) and it ran the whole time we were there never cooling. 3rd bedroom had no cool air flowing into it. Towel and toilet paper holders on walls missing that only had their back plates left on the wall. We rented the place for a week and left after 2 nights because of all of the above, primarily because we couldn’t sleep.
