Excellent communication with the host. She was extremely invested in making sure that we were taken care of. The home was nice, clean, and comfortable; the location was top-notch. I will certainly stay here again when I come to town.

The house was beautiful, modern, clean and renovated. The host was very responsive and helpful. She even went out of her way to get us some beach towels, toys when I asked if she had any. Walmart is a 4 mins drive away so it's quick and convenient if you need anything. Overall an excellent stay and I highly recommend this place!

The property is very nice. Just as advertised. The stairs are steep and sharp and could be difficult for small children and elderly. They have a lot of smart appliances and everything you need in a kitchen. The owner was very attentive and check in was easy. They have foam mattresses and even a pack n play for babies. The seating in the living/dining area can accommodate a large number of people. I would recommend.

Awesome place

We had a great time in this home. In our group we had a 2 month old and a 2 year old. I communicated with host before our trip and inform her a infant would be traveling with us. She bought a bassinet for our infant. Huge Thank you to her and for all fast communication we had.House has everything and very well supplied. 100% recommended and will let friends and family know about this home.

Lovely home and gracious hosts

The hosts were very gracious. They always responded quickly to any requests we had. Very accommodating . It’s a lovely home. The house does back onto a busy road but traffic noise only heard from second floor.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, exceptionally decorated with loving touches. Outdoor patio is very comfortable and inviting. Claudia was quick to respond to our questions /requests. She wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located near Costco, Walmart & restaurants. It is a "twin home" and traffic can be heard on the 2nd floor.

PROPERTY STOOD US UP!

This property owner never sent us the access code, after we paid in full well in advance and confirming the reservation several times. Also told us just a few days prior to our checkin date that they'd send access code on morning of checkin, but never did so. So our large group of 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant were stranded with no place to stay after a long day of travel. No response by owner to our messages. Called VRBO customer support who also could not contact the owner. While on hold with VRBO trying to contact owner, we got an email saying "owner has refunded", which we did not need a refund, we needed a place to stay! Had to scramble to find a place, and VRBO did help us. At some point we did get a response from owner saying VRBO is the one who canceled the reservation a few days prior to our stay, so they rented to someone else, but I highly doubt that as we've been using VRBO for 20+ years without this ever happening. I think the owner just did us wrong. DONT BOOK WITH THIS OWNER!

Good Morning Archana, again I apologized for VRBO system error that led to another guest arriving few days before your reservation. I can only imagine the trouble and headache you guys went through again I’m really sorry about that. Although I understand your Anger I thought that after sending you Proof that I didn’t have anything to do with this issue & you seeing my conversation with customer service & how devastated I was since I couldn’t just kick the other guest out to let you guys in you would revise the review. I sent all the proof. You could clearly see the date, email address & name of the Customer Service Rep to verify the info I sent you was accurate and it was indeed a Technical Error to which I have No Control and Which led the system to allow a double booking. I had No idea since the other guest arrive few days before your reservation & your booking was not showing. My Staff did reply right away to let you know about the issue. I was surprise to see your review. I did understand your anger, I really care about my guest so I contacted you, sent you all the Proof. We had a great conversation, you said you were going to see the info with all the proof but then You Never tried to revise your review Destroying our Business even with the Proof you Had this is our newest listing 2 excellent reviews but this 3rd from you is affecting our business. We have 0 cancelations on any of our properties, you low rated all categories even when you didn’t stay just to harm us
