Welcome to our urban oasis! This 2-bed, 2.5-bath townhome offers modern comfort and a private rooftop looking out to the Cascade mountains, and is a short walk away to Maple Leaf Reservoir Park, featuring stunning views of Seattle downtown and Mount Rainier. Unwind in style and park with ease in your dedicated spot. Immerse yourself in city living at its finest, complete with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome around 1201 sqft. It is four story (including rooftop) with a flat entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: main entrance, bedroom with full size bed, bathroom with shower. Heat only but fan provided.
• Second Floor: kitchen, dining, living room, air conditioned.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom, washer and dryer,
• Fourth Floor: rooftop deck
**Home Highlights**
• Dedicated parking and ample street parking in nearby neighborhood
• Great floorplan - bed & bath on different floors; additional bath in living room. Bathroom on every floor for convenience. Perfect for group travel!
• Floor to ceiling window with lots of natural light but also with room darkening shades ensuring a great night sleep.
• Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea
• High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
**Other things to note**
• Outdoor doorbell camera is present at the front entrance only.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Please note that there's no blackout curtain in the living room
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
