This newly renovated PGH Jewel of a 5-bedroom (or 6 if you count the game room on the third floor), 5-bathroom modern designed house is conveniently situated in the heart of Pittsburgh's favorite neighborhood, Bloomfield! No matter if you’re here attending a sporting event, visiting the hospitals (Children or West Penn), or just wanting to get away, this very spacious and luxurious home is here awaiting you. You’ll have room to relax, work, and enjoy time together—including a full game room and private parking. Perfect for large families, medical stays, or group trips to Pittsburgh! You can't beat this location!

Feel welcome and at home in this modern and urban living space in the heart of Bloomfield. We have provided essentials like towels, linens, soaps, a coffee maker, smart TVs and more for your stay. The entire space is newly renovated with all new modern furniture. This house is convenient and close to a lot of Pittsburgh’s main attractions:

This house was a great home for us to enjoy family for Thanksgiving. It was clean and bright. Kitchen appliances are new and our Thanksgiving dinner was delicious. Frank is a great host and very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Very responsive owners. Huge home, plenty of room and privacy. Clean and comfortable. Parking in back alley driveway took a bit to get used, but it was fine. Convenient to everything. First time in the ‘Burgh, quaint neighborhoods all over the place. Plenty of good eats!!

Perfect gathering spot for extended family

Comfortable, immaculate space that easily accommodated 9 of us in Pittsburgh for my Dad's 90th birthday. We enjoyed the spacious combo kitchen/living/dining area on first floor. Perfect spot for relaxing, chatting with relatives and watching sports on TV. Easy walking distance to cool neigborhood eateries.Nice small park nearby for walkers/joggers.

Great time with friends

A bunch of us gathered to attend a friends wedding in downtown Pittsburgh. This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed - a nice gathering space in the living room, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and easy parking. Would highly recommend - 10/10 experience!

Great value for group

We used the house for a weekend football game get away. House was great, very clean, well maintained and the location was great for short walks to restaurants and small shops. The owner was very responsive to all our question's and made our stay smooth. I highly recommend this house for groups of 5 to 10 people.

Thanksgiving reunion

Really enjoyed the property and location. Pay attention to the pricing - the listed price is only for the first guest….each additional person is 20 per person per day . It would seem that if you are looking for a house for 12 people, the pricing would reflect that - not just for one person. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay :)

Clean and Convenient

Some colleagues and I stayed here for a small conference being held at CMU. It was convenient that everyone had their own bathroom. The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. At first, we found the exterior of the building a bit off-putting, but the inside was clean and well appointed -- not luxury, but comfortable. It was nice to have a separate thermostat on each floor of the building. Also, one member of our group was able to go running in the near by cemetery, which was nice and felt safe.

Wonderful

Our stay at this three-story house was truly wonderful. The layout, with a bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and two bedrooms plus a playroom (complete with a futon) on the third floor, provided ample space for everyone. The newly renovated interior made the house feel modern and exceptionally clean. The hose also provided ample amounts of essential items like garbage bags and bathroom tissue. Despite an unexpected challenge with the water heater, the host's immediate response and quick resolution showcased their attentiveness. The host was not only prompt but also easy and kind to work with. Additionally, the house's close proximity to downtown Pittsburgh was a major plus. Although the neighborhood initially seemed a little shady, it turned out to be safe and pretty quiet, further enhancing our overall positive experience. We were a full house with 12 people but each of us loved this home.
