Bedroom: Queen bed, 2 night tables, lamps, and a wall HVAC fan/mini split. Private sliding doors to the balcony with one table and two chairs.

Bathroom (ensuite): Single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination

House Rules

1️⃣ No smoking/vaping. No illegal substances on the premises. A smoke remediation fee of $200-$500 will be charged for violations.
2️⃣ No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without refund. All guests and/or visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation.
3️⃣ No pets. If you have a service animal, please notify management in advance.
4️⃣ Respect the neighborhood. This is a residential building—be mindful of noise at all hours. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and guests must adhere to local noise ordinances.

*We rarely approve local guests on short notice.

Guests with service animals are welcome; however, to ensure a smooth stay for all guests, service animals must adhere to the following guidelines:

✅ Service animals must be under the guest’s control at all times.
🚫 Service animals may not:
• Be unhouse broken
• Be left alone at the listing without prior approval
• Be allowed into areas designated as off-limits to the guest
• Be in shared spaces (e.g., hallways, rooftop, or elevator) without a harness, leash, or tether

Rental Agreement & Booking Requirements

📌 The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit for the entire stay. Adults cannot book on behalf of someone under 25—they must be present throughout the stay. A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking.


🧴Toiletries & Supplies
We provide a starter pack with:
✔ Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
✔ Soap for every sink
✔ Shampoo, Conditioner, and body soap
✔ A trash bag and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen
✔ Two dishwasher pods & two laundry pods (if applicable)
✔ One set of bath towels per guest (if applicable)

💡Guests are responsible for additional toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry supplies for longer stays.

This rental includes one free parking spot. Additional parking may be available for purchase—please inquire for details.
