This unit is a walkout to the pool and boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay very much.The unit has all rhe basics you will need for a simple relaxing vacation.

The room was perfect! It was spacious, great kitchen and love have and bathroom plus a 1/2 bath. It was so clean and family friendly. Great restaurants in walking distance. Will stay here again in the future.

Very tidy, very close to the beach!

A cute, very clean and comfortable apartment, just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The pools and grounds are immaculate. We loved being able to walk right from our porch to the pool.

Island get-away

My first time to Dauphin Island and I was impatient. People were friendly and courteous, which is not usual any more. The beach was spotless although I was saddened by the lack of seashells. I enjoy walking the beach looking for “treasures”. I did spot dolphins and fish playing in the ocean, and even had a crab pop out next to me on the beach. If you are looking for activity you will be dissatisfied. I did enjoy a stroll at the Audobon Society preserve, but didn’t find anything else to explore. It was a very relaxing couple of days.
Good food and ambience. Again, really nice people and an enjoyable walk on the grounds.

Awesome place

Very nice place Walk right out to pool and just a short walk to beach. Just know if you love morning coffee take ground coffee does not have a kcup maker.

Great stay

Our stay was excellent. Room was everything we expected. Perfect location for pool access and walk to the beach. Had plenty of towels and linens for entire stay. Wife loved the room, and stated she woukd love to come back again. Thanks for making the vacation a great one!

A Real Vacation!!

so nice to get away from the daily stress and relax by the pool and walk the beach that we have known for over 50 years. My husband was an avid surfer in the 60's. Can't wait to return!!

Great anniversary!

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary this week at the Inn on Dauphin Beach, and it was wonderful! Our unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay! Very easy access to the beach, we also enjoyed the crystal clear pool. We will be back!

A short but nice stay

This is a nice property but for 2 older adults that have grown kids it wasnt ideal. One idea is to have a kids only pool out of the 2 property pools.

Very Clean!!

The place was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Everything was clean. First floor was convenient with a baby. Back patio opened directly in to pool area and boardwalk. Management was very nice and helpful.

Love DI--106 needs some attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 106 in Sept 2020. The mattress was awful (They should just burn it.) I didn't complain about the mattress at that visit. Didn't want to be a Debbie Downer. Thought someone would notice the poor condition of the mattress and replace it before our next visit. Boy was I wrong. The ceiling in the main bathroom was in poor condition from the above unit. (water damage) We returned July/August 2021 for 12 days. The mattress was still there and the water damage continued. Regardless of where we stay, a good night sleep is very important to me. Especially 12 nights of good sleep. There was a pull out couch and that mattress was not any better. I did mention the mattress issue to the staff and was told that it's up to the owner to replace the mattress and that the owner had just stayed there the week before. We are not heavy people. I am 110 lbs and my husband is 175 lbs. We used the oven one time to cook a pizza and the oven door handle fell off. My husband can fix anything. He temporarily repaired the oven. It looked like they have had problems with it in the past. The screws were now too short and where the screws attached to the oven was stripped. Needed a roll of toilet paper and was told by the front desk that we had to purchase at the local store. I thought 1 roll of toilet paper for a 12 day stay for 2 people was a little absurd considering we paid over $2000.00 for our stay. The floor under the bed had not been cleaned for some time. My husband took a picture and there was quite a lot of lint/dust/dirt under the bed. The refrigerator with ice maker worked well. The washer/dryer was also nice. The air conditioning also worked well. There is a hodge-podge of dishes in the cabinets. We like that the unit is on the main level, but will consider staying somewhere else on our next visit.

There was lots of dust gathered on the bedroom ceiling fan and the floor was dirty in some areas. The pullout couch mattress needs to be replaced.
