The upstairs level does not have its own AC unit; the downstairs unit cools the home.



To protect underground utilities, parking on grass is not permitted. Damages will be billed to the guest.

Guests will have full access to the house, including the outdoor areas and garage. For safety and upkeep, we kindly ask that you do not enter the basement or crawl space.
