Excellent place to stay. Incredible ocean view and you see sunrise and sunset. Really nice locals.

We have stayed in Marbella several times and by far this unit was definitely the best one we have stayed. The host Giovanni was outstanding and made sure the stay was excellent!

Wonderful

This location is great. A couple steps away from the beach. Beautiful views. Mini market across the street. A couple restaurants walking distance. Ocean front balcony is hard to beat.

Amazing Views

We had an extended weekend stay and it was a great experience. The views from the balcony were stunning and worth the visit. Waking up to the sounds of crashing waves and stunning turquoise waters were just what we needed. The communication with the host was fast and efficient. The complex has great staff, maintenance, and supports. Loved the onsite restaurant. The pools and beach were everything! The only small complaint is that the bathrooms were not clean and I had to go to the local store to get supplies and clean the two bathrooms myself. Other than that, amazing stay in a beautiful apartment. Thank you to Giovanni who was our host and communicated with us very quickly after our inquiries. We look forward to our next stay at Marbella.

My Dominican stay

I was totally impressed with the condo and all the staff. The condo had everything I needed. I plan to visit again someday and recommend this place and Giovoni to anyone. I’ve had questions for him and he was always prompt to get back with me. Awesome stay here.

Too Good to Be True

Loved this condo. My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo at Marbella. The condo was wonderful and the view from the balcony is so beautiful and amazed us every day. Giovanni is very kind and helpful with any questions that you may have. The king size bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and the WiFi was extremely fast. The guarded gates make the condos very safe (even though the area is filled with friendly locals). We walked every morning all around the small town and did not feel threatened at all. The staff at Marbella are very friendly and helpful, but if you do not speak Spanish, I would recommend downloading a translator app. The pools and beach are clean and so comfortable. During the week there isn't much of a crowd, so it is nice and quiet. The weekend gets busier with locals who own condos, but you will still be able to find a spot on the beach. The restaurant/bar on the property is very good and convenient. There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the condo. There are a couple of mini marts and one small grocery store also within walking distance. A larger grocery store is about 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this condo, especially if you are looking for a quieter area than a Punta Cana resort. We will definitely return for our next Dominican Republic vacation.

Beautiful Condo, Great Views, Great Staff

My wife and I stayed for a month and had a great time. We love to relax and unwind, and this condo and facility was perfect for that. There are several restaurants within a couple of blocks of the condo as well as the one at Marbella. This is not a tourist area per se, so most of the staff didn't speak English but they always have someone they can direct you to. We never had a problem, although we did use Google Translate quite a few times, but it was fun. The staff was always willing to help call for a taxi or arrange for an excursion. The security and grounds maintenance crews were great.

Great stay

This was our second stay and have now just left Marbella and enjoyed our trip very much. Complex is located near many restaurants which were all very good. Any issues (all minor) encountered within the condo were quickly remedied by Giovanni and Julie. The appartment is comfortable and centrally located in Tower 3. We employed their cleaning lady Ana, and she is very professional and very proud of her work. Looking forward to our return trip next January.

Outstanding!

Probably the nicest condo we have ever rented long term. The location is excellent and the unobstructed view from our large balcony was stunning. The unit itself was even nicer than we expected, truly luxurious and fully equipped. We were lucky enough to meet the owners who were so very nice and did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. Without question a 5 star experience!

Very beautiful.

Condo was very beautiful. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. The view is spectacular. The beach was pristine and never crowded. Security was always present but unobtrusive. Plenty of places to eat that were very good. The complex is very very clean. Overall our stay was wonderful!

Fantastic!

We had an absolutely fabulous time at the Marbella. This unit was beautifully decorated. Everything exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt the highlight was the terrace. The view was spectacular. We ate as many meals as we could on the outdoor dining set (often getting food delivered!). The kitchen was also well equipped. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all very comforting and inviting. We stayed with our two children and they had a blast. They were in the pool and at the beach all day ... then they had enough space to lounge about in the apartment when they needed down time. The owner, Giovanni, was more than courteous. He answered all our questions and more. HIGHLY recommend for a Dominican vacation as luxurious as the resorts (maybe more?), but more authentic and spacious.

Very nice

Hello. I had a very nice stay at the Marbella. The condo is very clean, nice and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. The Marbella is in a safe neighborhood with restaurants and its only 20min from the airport and 40min from Santo Domingo. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful ocean view... Relaxing stay!

It was an excellent stay in this condo. The condo is tastefully decorated and fully furnished and very tgood appliances, the views from the huge balcony is stunning and the attention of Giovanni was 5 stars. I recommend this condo to anyone wanting to spend pleasant and unforgettable days
