Located just steps from MCG and the medical district (with a shuttle stop), the property combines convenience, privacy, and modern comfort.

• Two upstairs queen bedrooms, each with private bathroom
• All bedrooms feature premium comfort mattresses and ensuite privacy.

Strictly enforced:

• Primary booking guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• Exterior noise and occupancy monitoring in place

The host was super helpful and the property was as expected. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The greatest perk was each bedroom having its own full bathroom and a bonus half bathroom on the 1st floor. I booked 2 properties from the same owner next door to each other it was a seamless process from start to finish

This property was amazing! Very appreciative of the communication with owner, very accessible. Well kept and Super Clean! Everything exceeded our expectations for a Girls Trip as it was my friends first time staying at an VRBO property. The location was perfect for our 2025 Arts in the Heart visit downtown Augusta. Excellent Stay

Great house, clean, comfortable beds, open floor plan with plenty of space. All the necessary amenities and more. Great decks and easy communication with owners. Quick and Easy location to get to and from Augusta National.

Great Space -- Minor Issue with Upstairs RR Outlets

We were in town for a graduation & wedding over 4 nights in May 2025. The location and space are excellent, with plenty of room for multiple families. Very clean, nice big rooms and great kitchen & living room area to congregate. We did have a minor issue while we were there. None of the upstairs restroom outlets worked the entire time of our stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience, as multiple groups of people ended up having to share the downstairs restroom outlets (or convert other spaces into "get ready" areas). We did reach out to the homeowner/property manager, who responded promptly to our text. However, after checking with the electrician, the property manager stated that the earliest the electrician could come to address the problem would be "next week" — which didn't really help us out during our stay!Overall, the stay was very good. I would caution though to ask if the breakers got fixed before booking.

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for what we needed and th me host was extremely responsive. We even enjoyed the outdoor grill. Most of all, the beds were super comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
