This bright and airy one bedroom apartment in Dubai Hills is the perfect place to call home on your upcoming trip Dubai. Escape to the buzzing city then come home, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The kitchen is pristine with white and wood counters, you will feel like a chef preparing your daily meals in this fully equipped space. Enjoy your tasty creations at the dining table comfortably seating four. After dinner, relax on the inviting sofa or step out onto the balcony where you can plan where you will explore next. The sofa also converts into a sofa bed which is perfect when you have guests staying. The living area also features your very own office space which is perfect for digital nomads. The bedroom features a queen sized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so comfy and soft it will be hard getting up in the morning. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom which features a walk-in shower and Key Views fluffy towels and luxury hotel grade amenities that will ensure you feel refreshed.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
