Caribbean suite

We stayed in this suit for two nights. Overall the stay was good. Check in was a disaster. The lobby was packed with a huge line that moved at snail pace. I recommend you check in late. Because everyone and their entire family of there at a quarter to 5 everyday. I stood in line for an hour. Besides that the rest was fine. They have a clean place, clean pools, good music. Great beach access. We are locally and cooked in the room. I loved being ocean front. Having my coffee and watching the waves in the morning. The elevators are busy. So expect to wait on your way up and down, elevators need work. But the suite was great and had everything we needed.

Not as expected

Room was clean, staff was friendly, but our balcony door was broken and it took 2 days for anyone to fix it but only after we went to the front desk and complained that nobody came then someone did. The hurricane was horrible and the “indoor” pool was closed and the beach was unsafe to swim so that was very disappointing for my kids. Also the cleaning staff wasn’t available for 2 days out of our stay and our garbages and towels weren’t replaced so We took our garbages to staff and looked for a housekeeper to get towels ourselves. Very dissatisfied.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay. While it’s great to know that you found the room clean and enjoyed our friendly staff, we regret the delays in fixing the balcony door and the impact of the pool closure on your family's experience. Your comments will help us identify areas for improvement, and we’re committed to making necessary changes. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, so we can provide you with a more enjoyable experience next time.
