Our neighborhood offers a peaceful waterfront atmosphere while still being conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, downtown Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, and local boat ramps. One of our favorite things is enjoying the beautiful river views and relaxing sunsets from the dock and gazebo. We also love the easy access to fishing, boating.
