Sneads Ferry is a charming fishing village, and while its population has grown since the early 2000s, it has largely maintained its quaint atmosphere. The local economy is still heavily reliant on the seafood industry, which is central to the village's identity.
"The Shore Thing" is conveniently located just off Fulchers Landing, A road that runs alongside the riverfront. The "Landing" has a dry stack, public boat ramp and leads you to the famous Riverview Cafe and local fish houses where you can get fresh seafood.

The house is on a private road, and the neighbors are very friendly. There's even a neighborhood dog, Dolly, who might stop by to say hello during her walks if you invite her!
