The neighborhood is alive with fantastic local restaurants, trendy cafes, and unique boutiques, all within walking distance. I love how this area has something for everyone—whether it’s surfing the waves, biking along the boardwalk, or enjoying a relaxed picnic at Kate Sessions park. I also love that it's an easy 15 minutes to Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, Coronado, and much more. It’s a community that truly embodies the best of San Diego living!
