Unwind with your family and friends at this renovated home where you will enjoy nearly an acre of the secluded creekside property. Located right across from Crested Butte South, this property is conveniently placed in a central area of the valley for your next mountain vacation. The house is a comfortable place for relaxing in the hot tub on the deck, or for regrouping after skiing, biking, fishing, rafting, etc. It is walking distance to the bus stop where you can access the free ride to the mountain, town of Crested Butte, or Gunnison. In the summer, there are countless bike rides or hikes out the back door. It is a 20 minute drive to Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

Great house with a great location! Unmatched access to the back country using nearby Cement Creek Rd. Easy access to Crested Butte for all eating and shopping. Super house and supper host!

Loved this house! Very quiet and in a great location to enjoy the Crested Butte area. Lauren was absolutely fantastic in communication and very prompt in resolving 2 very minor maintenence issues we encountered during our stay.

Beautiful Convenient Location!

This place was amazing with stunning views! The location was great for going into town and convenient if going to the ski resort. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Great place to stay!

This place was amazing! Our group absolutely loved the space. Very nice to be a little bit away from town as it offers you a more remote option than being right on top of another house. The amenities were great especially the hot tub and a nice deck to hang out on a listen to the water that runs right along the backyard. Everyone in the group agreed the place was nicer than what the pictures show. Overall a great experience and we look forward to staying here again!

Awesome spot for a ski weekend!

Visited with some friends to ski at CB. We had a phenomenal time. The space was clean and had everything we needed and more. The hot tub felt GREAT after a long day on the slopes

Great Property

We had a wonderful stay with our family. Property is in great shape and fully equipped with all your basic needs. Hot tub was a nice perk. I think it’s a nicer house in person than the pictures show.

Amazing home and location!

The home is beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Hot tub was huge and fit everyone comfortably with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Close to downtown Crested Butte and the ski mountain. Complementary local coffee and wine!!!

Outstanding!

An incredibly comfortable and welcoming home. I wish my kitchen was as well-stocked as this one. We were impressed with the radiant heating system. We were there for graduation at Western, so we appreciated that we were close to Gunnison and also to Crested Butte.

Beautiful house in CB south

Great location not far from Gunnison and close to Crested Butte. The house was clean and beautiful and full stocked as described. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and watching movies as a family in the living room. We all think it looked better in person that the pics on the listing. Thank you for your hospitality and letting us stay in your home!

Great House and responsive managers

We enjoyed our stay at the river house. The area was blanketed with snow right before we arrived and the property managers Lauren and Mikey were super responsive and had the house ready for us and made sure it the snow was shoveled out for us. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful quiet location. Enjoyed it! We will be back!

Clean and new house in Crested Butte

Location is nice, with a creek running through the back yard against a background of hills. Great view of the hills from the hot tub as well. Easy drives to the stores in Crested Butte South and to the town itself. Property managers were very responsive when we had to contact them about a couple of things.. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Quiet mountain comfort

Great VRBO experience. House was just as advertised, perfect for 3 "mature" couples. Plenty of space for relaxing- especially the deck with a view of surrounding foothills and the sound of the river. Everything was clean, comfortable abd looked newly refubrbished. Appreciated all the amenities. Quiet residential neighborhood, about 15 min. from town. Crested Butte was a friendly, fun, funky mountain town with lots of eating & drinking options. Came in spring when the wildflowers were in bloom - beautiful! Host quickly responded to questions. Would love to return. Highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable, quiet place with beautiful views.

Crested Butte South

Very nice property. Equipped with everything needed for a guys dirtbike getaway. Close to trails and only a few minutes out of town. Hot tub was nice after a hard day on the trails. Some construction was going on the property but it did not disturb our stay. Lauren was a pleasure to speak with any quick to respond with any questions. Look forward to a future stay.

House was nice and clean on our arrival. One of the showers had terrible water pressure and was cold. Host was great to communicate with and had people out to look at repairs same day. Listing could use better pictures.
