Welcome to our Spacious Lakeview Home with PRIVATE Heated* POOL & Negative Edge HOT Tub – about 9 min to a Public BEACH with free parking & restrooms.

Our designer 2,500 SF home blends tranquility, convenience and style. Relax in your own Private Oasis with serene Lake views while only minutes from the action:

• 9 mi to Seaside Beach Town
• 16 mi to Destin hi
• 17 mi to Rosemary Beach
Experience the luxury of our spacious 2,500 sq ft home, thoughtfully designed with elegant finishes and designer décor. From the sleek modern kitchen with quartz countertops to the inviting living spaces, every detail blends comfort, style, and relaxation. Welcome to a place where unforgettable memories are made.

Step outside to your private lakeside retreat featuring a spacious sitting area, dining table for 10, and barbecue grill—perfect for gathering with family and friends while soaking in the views.

Lounge by the large (32’ x 16’) sparkling pool in your own private oasis after a day of exploring, basking in the Florida sunshine or slipping into the soothing negative-edge spa while enjoying tranquil lake views.

Optional pool heating is available for $50 per day 4-day minimum (see additional details under “Other things to note”).

As evening falls, soft ambient lighting creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace while enjoying the calm lake surroundings.

Fully equipped kitchen including De'Longhi espresso machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, and more.

New laundry appliances.

Smart TVs are located in both living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) and in all five bedrooms (1 downstairs and 4 upstairs).

Perfect in Every Way!

This house was perfect in every way. From the quiet location and being close to everything to the amazing pool and beautiful furniture- this house is nothing short of incredible. Everything was very clean on arrival, and the house had everything we needed and more. Great, attentive hosts. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vacay

Where do I start. What a pleasant stay it was. Very sweet owner Irina was super nice and welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated. Super comfortable beds with beautiful fresh bedding. Kitchen is loaded. Beach equipment is provided. Can’t brag enough about the pool/jacuzzi and the whole set up. The view is beautiful. House location is very convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was my first time in this part of Florida and definitely will be back to stay in this house again. Even tho we only had adults but it will also be great with kiddos. Spacious, safe and comfortable Once again thank you so much amazing host.

Large private salt water pool and hot tub/spa. Beautiful outdoor area with dining table for 10, lounges, sitting area and a fire place. A beautiful and serene place to return to after fun day in the sun and nice romantic dinner on 30A.
